I don’t anticipate returning my mattress but it’s good to know that’s an option that wasn’t available at other mattress stores.”

“David was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My husband has a bad back and I have health issues as well that affect my sleep. David was able to find us both the perfect beds, mattresses, pillows and even bed sheets! He was also extremely fare with the prices of every item we purchased and gave us more than fair discounts. We are so grateful to have such a wonderful salesman who helped to not only give us a good nights sleep but help our health as well. I strongly recommend this store and David!!”

She was patient, knowledgeable, polite and I felt comfortable with her because she was a woman. I could laid on many beds to try it out and Bo was there with her good will and friendly face. ?”
“Today I spoke to Alina on the telephone at the Square in West Palm. I ordered a mattress set. It was a wonderful experience. Alina was so knowledgeable about all products and shipping details. Such a better experience than ordering online!! This is the best kept secret. Spork with a local retail representative instead of ordering online. Better to speak with a local Casper representative than visiting an outside retailer like Rooms to Go. Five stars plus for her service at Casper.”

“Anton was our salesperson. What a nice guy. He did all he could to determine our needs. He answered all our questions, showed us different options on the mattresses and showed us our sleep numbers on the digital display in their showroom. It's a good starting number for us to begin a great nights sleep. The showroom was very clean and he provided sanitary pillow covers which made me feel better about laying on the beds. I also texted him several times before our delivery and he promptly got back in touch to reassure me that all will be fine.
He suggested linens which I thought were pricey, but when I asked if I could buy linens elsewhere, he told me just what size would fit the split king bed. I was told we had a 100 day trial and if we were not happy we could return or exchange the mattress.
We decided on a mattress, but I got sticker shock when I saw the price of the base was not included in the price I saw online for the mattresses. I did not do enough research. I also was perplexed about the no return policy of the base. I did read that other mattresses from other companies might fit on the base, so that is something. Fingers crossed we will enjoy many years sleeping on our smart mattress. We were very pleased with the service from Anton and the delivery team of Jose and Raul.”
