Management cant understand you when you're trying to tell them that you have a dryer on delicate and it literally burnt your clothes and all your delicates are a wrinkled mess. Management wants to argue with me and won't rewash my clothes to get them wet again, and put them into a dryer a different one obviously that one is malfunctioning. I was very nice but this lady just refuses and acts like she's doing me a favor by saying she will only wash them over or dry them again . Why would I dry them again if they are completely dry with tons of wrinkles . I need to rewatch them and then use a different dryer and put it on delicate again. She can see the dryer I used is still on delicate . It's obviously the dryer . Just do the right thing by your customers and rewash them and then re-dry them if they had a issue . I have to spend more time here now and more money , plus my pillow sham is all burnt . This is ridiculous! If you have good clothes do not come here .

Horrible place!!! Nasty floors, 65 of the machines don’t work! Management had to help me several times to just add money to my card because the card machine doesn’t work properly. Doesn’t give me a choice of how much money I want to use. Shut it down or do better

The debit card reader doesn't work haven't been working over a month. Have to use cash to load your card. 10/22/2023-dam near all the dryers were out of service as well as the washers, some of the ones that were working were leaking water. One lady clothes were stuck in a washer that was stuck on 8 minutes.

24 hour spot. Clean, friendly. Every so often there's someone being loud but over all its easy to to get everything done quick. Lots of machines to choose from and have never had any issues with their card system.

Even though I have washing machine at home...I still come here when I get overwhelmed and wash and dry everything in my house under 2hrs...rugs, bedding, towels all of clothes and shoes.....these commercial washers are the best.....

Too far but not for 24hours lol. It was ok, a lot of broken machines so that slows you down but I felt safe & it was fast for me. I would go there again if I needed to.

Same as other reviewers, they are clean and a lot of machines for you, but the area is not safe you only can go daytime. And please watch out where you park your car.

It's ok. It's 24 hours BUT I can't go ANYTIME because this is a VERY BAD area. ONLY go here in the Daytime!
