Luis is an all star employee. Every time I come in in the morning he is to help me, and get me out the door quickly. He has impeccable multitasking skills, and is always very outgoing and genuine. He will help me determine the best action/ material for the job . He is a pillar for this store.

Wonderful, family/ friend oriented staff. Always feel welcomed. The men that take care of us are always on point. Never had a mishap on material. 5 stars all day long. Keep up the good work, gentlemen and ladies on staff.

This location is the slowest place I have ever been to,it’s rediculous,even if you call an order in It doesn’t make a difference,better off going somewhere else,you could probably get your stuff faster at a location farther away

This is the friendliest, professional and knowledgeable place to do business. I have called sometimes just to ask questions regarding lighting etc and each and every time their salespeople have gone beyond their scope. They really know their stuff. Very helpful. I recently spoke with Ben who took the time to answer all my electrical and lighting questions regarding certain bulbs and fixtures. He checked out my options and quickly got back to me. I can’t say enough good things about K and M. I highly recommend doing business with this companyLH

The store is great. The bad apple was a guy named Will. What a douchebag! He was downright disrespectful topped with a nasty and cocky attitude. I wanted to make a phone sale and he said he needs a form to be filled out and sent to him from the buyer's office. And I ask do you have a fax to which he replied may be or may be not. I sat and waited for him to finalize the sale and 15 minutes later he tells me he was not helping me to begin with. Other associated knew he was helping me and they keep helping others because they were also expecting him to come back to me, too. Now one of noticed how stupid that was and took care of me quickly and give me a free soda to keep me calm. I'm grateful for that. And that's is exactly why I didn't give them 1 star. Something needs to be done to rectify Will's stinky attitude. He doesn't belong there.

Out of every supply house ive ever been to this has got to be the most ridiculous experience ive ever had. Theres litterally over 20 employees in this building. 1 guy at a taking customers. Two people in front of me and ive been here at least 45 minutes. No one has even looked at me. Let alone apologize for the ridiculous lack of customer support. As I sit in this joke of an establishment writing this im still waiting. The one guy is now gone and has been for 15 minutes. What an absolute joke..... just need some fuses......id like to specify that this is the Rivera beach location. Jupiter has always been great...
