This laundromat is neat and clean but sometimes the interactions or behaviors by a certain employee is very confusing.
Due to interactions with a certain employee, I am compelled to write this review instead of remaining silent.
Several weeks ago, there was an instance that a female employee (Sabrina??) seemed to have an unpleasant attitude for unknown reasons. Later that day Sabrina called to apologize for being rude.
In another instance, laundry was dropped off for wash & fold early in the morning during the week or weekend. Sabrina indicated someone else would need to complete the laundry requested for wash & fold. Then a few hours later, Sabrina called and indicated she completed the laundry.
If it is better to come on a day that Sabrina’s work shift has ended, or that she is not working, please indicate.
Also, please clarify whether
there a reason that Sabrina demonstrates more favoritism or more friendliness toward certain customers.
All customers deserve to be treated with dignity and mutual respect.

Been a great experience all year up until recently when this afriacan american Tom boy dressing lady starting working night shift. The store closes at all different times, she's rude, loud, and tells everybody business. The nice Spanish lady had a tragic family loss, and she came in to cover her shift. She told ALL her business and was very bluntly telling everyone that this is not her permanent shift and that she was only here to close for her. No respect for the family privacy. She make due with using all the laundromat has to offer. And after that she starts writing up signs for early closure. She appears to be under the influence but I keep my distant from her. I only have time to wash and dry now, I have to fold my clothes when I get home. I miss the other staff and regular business hours. Not sure how much longer I will be coming here. I get off to late to come earlier. It's not like she's walking around cleaning up, she's literally walking around eating, playing loud music and singing. This is ghetto. Don't get me wrong I know the location and we in the hood, but she's an employee.

This is the cleanest laundromat I have ever visited. You’re relaxed doing your laundry, it’s just what you need after a busy week at work to relax yourself, almost like going to spa day. Thank you for your patience.

Rude customer service won’t even look you in your eyes when they tell you their equipment doesn’t work and they aren’t interested in helping. Don’t bother. Also $3 for a laundry card that you can’t even get

I just want to say I’m severely disappointed I come here everyday and I never have trouble with the customer service but today I got attitude and rude back chat! I needed help because their machine for the money card wasn’t working for me I had put in my money several times. I then went to the counter which I go whenever I have a problem and the lady running today was ignoring me on her phone till a gentlemen got her attention for me she then came up to me and told me off like I was a child telling me I have to play with it and that she’s here everyday and “never has to help people with this” implying I’m stupid basically! She proceeded to jam my card into the machine till it went in (my card is now cracked). for her the money took the first time which I’m grateful for but she handed my card back with force and said see just play with it that’s all you gotta do ‘with sass’ and walked off! I’m going to still come and do laundry but I expect to not be attacked in such a manner because I need help.

Great customer service! Didn't get her name but she was great!! Helped me out! Kept establishment clean and friendly. Water pressure can be better but is what it is

Way over priced laundry. $3 laundry card required. Laundry card machine hardly ever works correctly. T.v.s are always playing religious stuff. There's coin machines for kids but that laundry mat doesn't operate on coins. So no change dispensers.

This place is clean and has good and bad. The bad: there’s an employee there who plays jesus-tv during the day 8a-3p.The good: Stacey Nails gives excellent customer service!! I love having her do my laundry; she pays attention to details.

First time coming here as a trucker it’s hard to ketch good places to wash clothes . Was in the area googled this specific laundromat . Machines work amazing no problems clean environment manager is very respectful .
