don't bother with this office. 1 take preparer at open, make an appointment at open, have to wait for long time due to walk in. this place doesn't value the customers time.

This lady named Pam answered my call 4 times, clarifying that I WOULD be getting a stimulus check. I walked an hour to get here just for her to apologize that she gave me the wrong information all 4 of the phone calls I made. She would not even tell me her name until I got the manager, and I called the number that gave me the information as the phone in front of her started to ring. CAUGHT. She continued to argue with me, and I quoted her exact words, just for her to say “oh sorry.” She wasted my time and i recieved terrible customer service. If you get “Pam” on the phone do not believe a word she says.
