I’ve been coming to Harris Uniforms for 4 years. The customer service is excellent and they’re always willing to go the extra mile to help. I called in advance to get an item that had been out of stock and they waited 10 minutes for me to arrive after hours so I could have it for Mass day at Cardinal Newman. Recently l went to pick up 3 shirts for my Senior and they actually embroidered them while l waited so l wouldn’t have to make another trip or wait for them to be shipped. This company is top notch. It is busy right before schools start so try to get what you can in advance. There is plenty of staff but the store appears small because they carry so much merchandise. It can seem crowded and get busy quickly so order online and have it shipped or have it waiting for you if possible during the busy month before school starts.

In general, whatever you are looking for for school uniforms, there is good service here, just have a little patience, 2 nothing-like workers and many customers in the time before school starts.

I placed an order online on 7/22. I received a portion of that order about a week or so later. I have since tried to call them on numerous occasions. No one has ever answered and it goes to a voice mailbox that is full. I have sent them an email and I have used the Contact Us option on their website twice trying to get this resolved and I still have not received a response. Incredibly frustrating.
