I’ve only been training at FKA for 3 weeks and I have never left class hoping the coaches pushed me harder or helped me more. They give you the tools to be great as long as you’re willing to do the work.

I was in town for a day and was able to attend a class. The coach/owner was super inviting and knowledgeable. They really make you feel welcome at this super clean and facility with great equipment. Also a pretty awesome pro shop to get any gear you might need.

This gym has changed my life and will continue to do so. After being in two different gyms I found this one and have to say it’s become my home. Expert instructors with a great team atmosphere! Try a class and see what I mean
