this driver decided to unlock my patio gate ignore the sign that says leave packages here and almost get eaten by my dogs as they were on patio . c-189716508 . Then he proceeds to video tape me while i’m explaining to him he needs to read the sign that’s says do not open gate and leave packages here . He didn’t speak english and doesn’t know how to read a sign so how is he driving and reading traffic signs and road rules ????Truck number 83334!

The workers were extremely helpful. We were mailing Large Pictures Frames. We were given exact instructions on how the best way to mail them. We followed the associates instructions and within the week our package arrived from Florida to Utah. We were in Jupiter Florida.

Medication requiring refrigeration was shipped in 21 lb cooler box from Alexion scheduled for delivery on 3/15/2025 by noon with clear instructions to deliver to emergency department and call 561-***-**** WAS NOT initially delivered and tracking was updated to indicate no one available to receive package...IT'S A HOSPITAL!!! Someone was there to receive the package. This is unacceptable, especially since it was being delivered to a hospital in a cooler box. On what planet did the driver think the contents of a cooler box would be viable after being left in the warehouse or on the truck over the weekend?! The medication would have been rendered unsafe for human use. BTW, the cost of the contents was nearly $14K!!! Ultinately, a Hospital representative had to call FedEx and forcefully demand driver be rerouted and delivered as instructed. Package was eventually delivered that day. FedEx needs to hold their drivers accountable to follow clear delivery instructions. A little bit of critical thinking is not an unreasonable expectation as well. Cooler box being delivered to a hospital...it's not rocket science, this is a critical need.

I placed an online order 3 days ago it arrived at this facility at 5:46am 3/11 and my package was supposed to arrive todayIt has set at this facility for 3days not moving! I’ve tried to contact a representative because I live in Texas and all of the automated numbers or virtual chat assistance Al have me talking in circles and they won’t connect u to a live agent. I see this place has a lot of horrible reviews and I can see why! I’m getting several different delivery dates

I walked in and the black lady with the glasses was taking care of a customer and two were behind her. It took a few minutes until she finished with the first customer and took the next customer, however another employee comes out and is just standing there. After a few more minutes with the following customer, she asked who is next and I pointed to the gentleman that was infront of me and I said he is next and then I am next. I said this because another gentleman had come in and wanted to skip the line, and two other ladies had also walked in, so there was no clear line formed. She proceeded to take the customer that was in front of me and then she had the genius idea to start helping the new employee learn, but with the customers that were behind me, proceeding to let all of them skip me. Now the problem is that she did not have that genius idea when I walked in and had to wait 10 minutes for her to take care of the 3 customers that were infront of me. This is what happens when you leave an employee unsupervised and let her go on a power trip. I will never be shipping with fedex because of this. The good thing is that other options exist. This is why you guys have terrible reviews.

If I could give a zero stars I would. The drivers dont deliver my packages, write that they attempted to deliver to a building that has 24/7 concierge but they do not. They have caused me to lose thousands of dollars in medications going bad. The management does not answer any reports or complaints that are placed and customer service is useless. What a lack of professionalism and accountability.
