I just had to give them 1 STAR because 0 Was NOT available. !! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD they advertise prompt delivery times it's a LIE !! Why would my package be just sitting at the WEST Palm Beach terminal for 4 days and NOT DELIVERED too my HOME & still they have NO CLUE when I have it has a date of 25-29 On Tracer system ?? ITS PAID FOR I WANT NOWWWWW ....Of I didn't NEED IT would not have ordered it

I wish I could give this company 0 stars, because 1 is too generous. My package was supposed to be delivered on 9/22 to start a construction project. I received an automated message on 9/21 that it was delivered, but it was not. I called customer service and they said it was a mistake, and that it would arrive on 9/22 between 8:30am -12:30pm and that I needed to sign for the package. The delivery never arrived. I called at 1:30pm for an update. Customer service said they would check into it and call me right back. An hour passed, no call back. I called again and spoke to someone and after 25 minutes on hold her line got disconnected. I called back yet again and was told that the delivery driver attempted to deliver but nobody was home. I was home all day, I scheduled a day off work to wait here to sign for the package. My doorbell has a camera that detects motion in the event that I didn't hear them knock, so I would have been alerted if anybody was here. There was nobody that tried to deliver anything, this company simply lied. It's Friday and now I have to wait 3 more days for delivery, and schedule off work again on Monday to sign for the package. I will NEVER buy a product that uses this shipping service again

under staffed and not willing to follow directions very rude and concerned about calling it a day there equipment to deliver is outdated and you as the paying have to pick the load yourself from there drivers to there staff members they just dont care.

Purchase my new central AC from Skip the Warehouse in PA. with free shipping from Estes. They sent me a text and email every day with update! Shipping was fast and everyone I spoke with at Estes was super nice. Very easy shipping company to work with!

Item was delivered and didn’t require signature but watching my front camera, the guy didn’t use the pallet it came on and dropped it twice coming up to my shop and little did he know I was watching him drop it

If I could leave less stars I would. I scheduled a pick up and they never showed up or called. When I called they said they "had no equipment in the area" meaning they were not going to pick up my shipment and my order was canceled. They never let me know there was a problem. Very unprofessional.
