I went there on 12/31 the manager that was working the evening shift was very very rude I been coming to this store for a couple years and never experienced the customer service I received yesterday he is new to this store and has a nasty attitude

The person who was checking the items at the checkout treated me poorly, all because of a broom without a code since I had lost the label and I only said that I was going to take a photo of the label on the shelf.

Staff are excellent here! Especially the manager, always friendly and helpful. Staff are polite and always busy working. I enjoy shopping here and frequently do!

I shop there 4 to 5 times a week it's clean the staff is kind and helpful and I'm glad we have a wonderful new manager, she's good to all, the customers, staff and the homeless in our community ?

If you are a delivery do not I repeat DONOT upset the cashier there. I delivered an order from la granja and when I asked for the name on the order to verify, words were exchanged then the cashier pulled a pistol out the report me for an unsafe encounter plus called 911.

Will never set foot in this store again. I have seen an employees cuss out and get in screaming matches with other costumers in different occasions until today it happened to me. This is the manager of the store. Worst costumer experience I have ever had. Manager should not have this job, she does not know how to talk to costumers, she is disrespectful and vulgar.

This manager is the worst! Needs to be fired! Talks very nasty to customers and staff! Store is very unsanitary inside and outside! Doors and windows at the entrance and greasy and dirty! Floor is very dirty and unsanitary! And they sell food! The frozen food section is extremely unsanitary! I will not shop in the store again until it is thoroughly cleaned!

Awful customer "service" I was in there yesterday, Monday, Jan. 3rd, 2022early afternoon- there was already one person waiting for cashier besides me and the cashier (man with beard) was busy taking pictures with his iphone of a dog in a hand basket- waited a few minutes then asked him a question about product I was looking for - simply ignored me as well as other customer waiting to check out.I walked out without purchasing anything and told him he should do his job. He continued his picture taking apparently oblivious.

I always love the deals. My experience depends on the time and day. There are peak hours like most businesses but the deals are definitely worth it. Way cheaper than family dollar.
