I wouldn’t recommend working there , completely unprofessional place. Associates like to bully, harass, threaten, scream , yell and intimidate. Hr and district and store managers do absolutely nothing about it. Rats in the ventilation system that pest control doesn’t come out to clear out the dead ones for 4 weeks at a time. Store manager likes to threaten you over federally protected rights such as speaking about wages . He likes to have a lot of 1 on 1 meetings which the company suggests always having another manager or witness . They also like to bring you in the back and also threaten to fire you if you take up the abuse and the dead animals in the ventilation system and want to pursue it with hr . Cash office is always short. They say they are going to hire new people and haven’t since February. Also said they’d get rid of the problem people who scream yell etc and won’t . Can’t keep employees. Only the assistant manager there is actually worth something

Working experience sucks training you sucks and don't be a new cashier or worker and get redicuded or accused of steal $200 dollars from the register when you drawer is short with $5s and 1s everyday and a customer comes with $9, $10 or sometimes $20 purchases with $100 or $50 dollar bill and accuse you of shortage and applying for a position you didn't ask all because you low on cashier's that ain't my fault oh and I thought you was having a big hiring event stating that your hiring for retail you get hired interview got the process and asked which position were you comfortable with you tell the sales floor and they throw you on the register and a few later after being you get accused of $200 missing in your drawer yet I had experience and knowledge on what I was doing they make you feel like you slow so you act slow they assume your register were short. After many times of explaining to both managers I didn't apply or asked for the position you put in a position that I didn't apply for because I can't take the pressure than you assume that my drawer is missing money. The event happens on a Saturday you wait until Thursday 5 days later to confront me about it. And you bring me into your office where you can't find the mistake that you said I made I leave the store go home and report to the corporate about this matter the next day and even they say this didn't make any since. So who is responsible of giving a position I didn't want and than you accuse and you I would leave maybe and say does this makes you nervous what do you think. Especially if you were thrown on the floor without proper training comparing to a another store Manager explains to me the work I was doing was wrong and I hear the district manager getting at the one who hired me about the issue so again. Now who is the problem.

I never see any new clothes. The men's XL section never has anything new. There's always just one cashier there & a long line of customers.

The cashiers here was very nice and the security officer greeted us as we came through the door and had a good attitude from what I could see. They have fantastic prices and a lot of choices. Love dd's, will always be going here ???

DD's need to allow customers to use their carts to take their purchases to their vehicles. Either place something on the carts where they can't go beyond a certain point or have someone help older and disabled customers. My 67 year old, sister usually spends $250+ when she goes. I am grateful that security has helped her at this location with her bags. That's not their job but they are kind. DD's just need a few carts that can go outside.
