RV Owners beware! Completely incompetent with basic services. My Tiffin is only 5 years old. I maintain my Allegro and never miss a recommended service. For the past 5 years I had a local generator repair company do a yearly tuneup using factory parts and recommended tuneup kit by Cummins for my Onan generator. Never an issue and unit ran perfectly. This year I decided to have Cummins RV Service Center do the tuneup. I have about 250 hours on the generator and when my unit is not being used the generator is run for 20 minutes every two weeks. NEVER had a generator issue and during Hurricane Ian it ran perfectly. For a simple oil change and generator tuneup I waited for over 6 hours! After paying $750 for an oil change and generator tuneup ( all original parts supplied) I was on my way home. Prior service for oil change and tuneup was $150.00. Since I was running the gas out of my tank heading back to Naples, Fl, I stopped and started filling my tank. About half way through filling I went back inside to start the generator so the air would run for the dogs. It was 95 outside. It ran for 30 seconds and cut out. Repeated process 2 more times and same thing. I immediately called Cummins at 3754 Interstate Park Way Palm Beach and explained the problem. I asked if the service guy started the generator after tuneup. Had to wait 2 days to find out that he didn’t remember. I was told to travel back 150 miles through horrible construction in Ft. Lauderdale so they can look at it. No confidence in this place and no surprise a complete run around with these clowns! Left 3 messages for the General Manager and no return call! The national call center is a complete joke and they said general manager will call back! He never did. Don’t waste your time going here with outrageous prices and incompetent service. A simple service turns into a complete disaster. Have a company repairing my generator and will update this review when fixed! RV OWNERS DON’T LET THESE GUYS TOUCH YOUR UNIT they claim they provide RV services and the tech didn’t even know how to lube my slide out!
UPDATE 07/22/2023
Well, I finally had my generator serviced at another Cummins location without them knowing the issues I had, and guess what? The spark plugs were never gapped correctly and obviously not checked. If they would have started my generator after the tuneup they would have immediately been able to diagnose the issue. COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT! They don’t return phone calls and deny any issues. RV OWNERS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and Cummins Sales and Service in Riveria Beach NEVER RESPONDED TO THE BBB! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CLOWNS!

RV OWNERS BEWARE THIS IS NOT A COMPETENT RV SERVICE CENTER! Please read my detailed google review for this pathetic excuse of a company. I took my 2018 Tiffin Allegro for a simple Onan generator tuneup and engine oil change. I purchased original onan parts for the complete tuneup and mobile one and filter for engine oil change. Short story generator has 250 hours on it and has run perfect for 5 years. Each year I have the generator tuned up with all original parts and oil. Never an issue. After waiting 6 hours for an easy services I was charges $750 dollars labor. This RV service center is about 150 miles from Naples and I thought after 5 years have the manufacturer do the service. Big mistake. I get back to Naples and started to fill my gas tank in 95 degree weather so I decide to put generator on to run air for dogs. It was half filled and after 30 seconds generator immediately cuts out! Did this several times. Called the service center back and got complete runaround. I asked if service tech started the generator after tune up and after 2 days I called and they said he didn't remember. Getting this generator fixed elsewhere and will seek legal action to collect all monies due. These clowns are incompetent and would never go there again. THEY ARE NOT A RV SERVICE CENTER AS ADVERTISED!!!

The annual service for our class A motorhome was completed at Cummins in Riviera Beach FL. The Service Advisor Jeff W. was our point of contact from scheduling the service, checking us in and completing check out process. Jeff provided us with exceptional customer service. Jeff is very knowledgeable, patient and thorough. We plan to return next year for the annual service. On a side note, for new motorhome owners like ourselves it was recommended to us by the manufacturer of the motorhome to turn off the house batteries when we drop off the motorhome at the place it is being serviced.

I ordered a Cummins p4500i generator to this location for pickup. The team here was very polite, efficient, and knowledgable. I'm not sure why this place has less than 4 stars, it's great!

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! the service rep. will sweet talk you and tell you that a whole motor swap takes them only 3-4 days but reality is that it takes them 3-4 days to answer the phone. They had my truck for a month and a half before they even figured out the problem and charged me $2000. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SO BAD THAT I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CUMMINS PRODUCT AGAIN! also the parts department is just as bad they tell you your parts will be there the next day but it took 6 days!

The Staff at Cummins Riviera Beach are very professional and courteous and do an excellent job of handling Motorcoach service and repairs as they are a Coach Care facility. Tony, the service manager, was pleasant and helpful through the whole service process, and was attentive to to my concerns. I had a major 1000 HR service performed and repairs completed on my 10K onan generator and couldn't be happier! This facility is very well run and is a reflection of managements execution.

Scammers who will say anything to make a buck and fix things that aren't broken. Brought my RV generator in for an estimate as it was shutting off after 10-20 minutes of use. I was quoted $1,200 (about half what a new one costs) to replace carburetor, fuel lines and fuel filter. When I asked to just do the lines and filter to see if that could solve the problem, they explained the carburetor was "gunked up", which caused the filter and pump to get ruined. I'm a helicopter pilot and know engines, so when I pointed out that the filter and pump were upstream of the carburetor, the reply was "yeah, but you gotta replace all 3". When I declined the service they tried to charge me a $200 diagnostic fee.

Took my Onan 7500QD generator there for repair. They fixed two different things. They charged me full book rate for each item, as if they were starting from scratch for each. Trying to get updates on the progress was like pulling teeth. My calls were repeated dropped in voicemail with no return call. This was my third attempt to use this shop. None were satisfactory. I won't be going back.
