I am going to say this I have gone to the store a month ago and I'm not going to express my feelings to experience that I had but I needed something bad my phone was not working I couldn't remember nothing I took the chance and coming back to this cricket let me tell you that store did a 2 by 4 the store smells good when you walk in looks like they got replaced the store looks spotless organized smelling good and not only that the environment felt so positive the nice gentleman which is a new store manager that was hired not only he went up and above but he knew everything and how to make my phone work and took his time to show me what I needed to show me and that I'm an older woman the guy was multitasked while he was helping me with my phone was doing payments and taking care of other customers cuz he says he does not like to make them wait so he does a lot of things at the same time so I will say I am well satisfied I'm happy with the experience and I'm congratulating cricket for hiring a manager not only with experience for what he told me that he's had as working in a cell phone company but the store looks presentable clean and the vibe and and just the way that store manager I contact greeted me thank you so much for your assistance I will definitely come back and I will spread the word to bring customers as he offered me $25 for every person that comes in to my account. I'm an old lady I have no idea how that works all he told me was to refer them and to make sure they let me know that I'm the one that referred them thank you Alexander Valentine best respectful smiled and made me satisfied with my device I think other employees from other locations need to be trained by him thank you

Great service! The lady working there this evening stayed to help us even tho we arrived right at closing! She was able to solve a problem for my mother within minutes after having been without a phone for 2 days, thank you!

I walked into this cricket and I had the best experience there is a new manager by the name of Alexander he knew exactly what I needed exactly what to do he is very helpful was very polite I felt I had the best customer service and I would definitely come back and recommend the store on top of that being at the store was spotless organized smelling good loving music good job I highly recommend the store thank you Alexander I have a satisfied customer

***FIVE STAR!!!!!*** I went to this location based on other customer reviews & I'm very glad that I did! The store manager, Deoca & the staff Arlie, & Deetra are excellent! They really go over and above to take good care of their customers! I use to go to another location & what I found was their quality of service was inconsistent, hit or miss. I didn't like that they're not always open until closing time. Also, they're not very knowledgeable about their product. I don't want a service provider that has mostly sales clerks! What customers want is a provider that truly gives themwhat they need & does it with care & a smile! The Riviera Beach location does this, they take the time to hear you & see how they can best help you. The first time I went there, I was impressed by how each member of the team were giving their best care to the customers. Arlie was sitting at a table with a senior woman helping her with her phone and showing her some tips. Deetra was being very professional on the phone assisting someone. I came in there looking for help because my phone was acting up and Deoca did a great job helping me. It wasn't long until my phone was working again. I was also impressed by how Deoca's first response was not telling me that I needed to spend a chunk of money buying a new phone. They're very nice and friendly, and their quality of service reminds me of the old days when customers were treated like VIP's!!! It's obvious that they take their customer service seriously and are not just there to try and take your money. Thank you again everyone. I'll definitely be back there again! In fact, I plan to add another line in a few days, so I'll see you then! Keep up the great service!

The worker deoca is extremely AMAZING I came in to buy a screen protector and by the end of my purchase I ended up leaving metro pcs and porting over 4 lines deoca is a great sales person and as she was dealing with me she was also training and correcting mistakes of other employees she is wonderful cricket need more Deoca’s

Sign on the door says 11am. Myself and 4 other people waited outside for quite a bit for before coming on here when someone came at 11:45 and said they open at 12. You need better transparency.

I had a problem with my phone. I went to 2 cricket retail stores. No help at all. I was going to switch service providers and decided to give Riviera Beach one shot. The technician and sales person name was jazcar. He was a star. He handled all my problems and I left a smile. I am very, very grateful. He is an asset to the company.

Yami at the counter was very helpful and gave me great service, even multitasking between me and and another customer. Loved Cricket since I got my first smartphone in '16. Uses AT&T's towers but less expensive than AT&T!

Recently had the pleasure of visiting this store in Rivera Beach and purchasing two 5G mobile phones from McKala. This representative for Cricket was courteous, and knowledge. She showed great patience, and cheerfulness when dealing with an elderly couple who pestered her with questions regarding the difference in the phones. We are now pleased with our purchases and wish to extend wishes for a bright and successful career for McKala. Kudos!

OMG. Manager Mel at this store is absolutely the best. He is so kind hearted and helpful. It is refreshing to know that there are people who genuinely care about others. If you are looking for that "chic-fil-a" 5 star service go see Mel at this Cricket phone store. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
