Horrifying customer service. The guy manager with the lace front is completely unprofessional. He embarrassed me in front of customers for trying to pawn a vintage sound module from 90s music production. Since he did not care about me as the customer he laughed at my item and tried to low-ball me.. I went to Pawn Kings a couple miles away and they treated me great and accepted my item and paid me twice as much as I expected.Dont go there...The guy with the lace front and pony tail is horrible..

I went there to look at their guns & rifles .. they are in disgusting condition .. the asking prices are ridiculous & lastly .. their customer service was horrid. If you are going to sell guns & rifles & Ammo .. ensure they are in pristine condition otherwise junk them.

It's great to have horrible customer service and the employees are rude. The manager was sister on her cell phone and stare at you while at the line is out the door and she doesn't help. New management is definitely needed in this store

Although I've been to worst in the area (notably 'Fast Eddie's' across the street)I will say that this location was at least better than the Northlake one, which I would've gave a -⭐⭐'s if able. So there's that.

Store manager Ms. Marissa is very accommodating and the Queen of Pawn and her clients are respected and received without shame or blame. She makes her store inviting to both consumer and those in need of short term loans for a financial emergency. I recommend this as the place to go because you are family and your patronage is respected and appreciated.

Took a pair of shoes(exclusive jordans) for a loan,went to pick up shoes,only to find out they were worn. Manager and employees all very unprofessional. will be calling corporate office to file complaint!!

The worst pawn shop I ever been to in my whole entire life they literally told me that I had one week to get my stuff out of layaway then they tell me that if I don't get it out by a certain day that I'm going to lose the item and the cash I put down what the hell kind of place is this very disrespectful and stealing people's money I will not recommend this place to anybody in the whole wide world and I will never come back for any kind of business if you want the same kind of business I would not recommend to go to this place very very rude not one person helped me with getting my cash back

I was just in there with cash in my hand to buy TV and had to wait over 10 minutes to speak with a manager I was the only person inside and decided this is ridiculous and walked out. I wanted to buy a TV crazy

I'm here right now standing in line.this is the worst part about coming here.ill be honest.as far as price gos they treat ppl right but they have horrible customer service. They will have 4 or 5 ppl working with a line of ppl out the door while they help 1 person at a time.its super frustrating especially if u have a life and dont have hours to spend waiting. If u say anything they r very rude and could care less about ur business.just a bad experience every time.
