“The guy that actually did the work was a solid 5 out of 5. That being said, the people in the office, not so good. Because I am a truck driver, I needed a Saturday appointment. There was a lot of confusion on whether or not I was going to get that Saturday appointment. People did not get back to me when they said they would. I am insured with State Farm and you guys called me. Again, the technician was awesome.”

“Awesome, awesome service. Kind, helpful people. Gator Glass exceeded my expectations. In about an hour, my windshield was fully replaced and recalibrated with my oil change reminder sticker and neighborhood entry tag perfectly reattached. I chose them over Safelite after reading Safelite’s terrible reviews and I’m so glad I did! Hoping for no windshield damage for a long time, but it’s great to know I have Gator Glass on standby ready to help if needed! By the way, if you have comprehensive auto insurance coverage, windshield replacements are required by law in Florida to be covered fully, no deductible. When I called my insurance company, they first told me I did not have windshield coverage. Then I did some research and found out about the Florida law.”
