After having a bad experience with my phone not being fixed by a unprofessional business (GadgetfixUSA), I visited this place and the rep helped me switch from Cricket to Boost, he was very knowledgeable in explaining the differences with phones, plans and switching networks. The fact that I got a brand new phone without paying for the full price of it was great!!! I've been enjoying immensely thus far, that man deserves a raise!
