Let me start off by saying I am not a plumber, but I am capable of fixing things. I know that there is a time and place when a plumber is needed, but certain times fixing things yourself works great. If you want someone to make you feel stupid for not being a plumber go to this place. I needed a part for a commercial sink to fix a leak. While the job itself is not overly complex, it’s just replacing a couple hoses and fittings, I didn’t know the technical term for the part that I was looking for. All I did was bring the part that I needed to be replaced in with me, the two guys at the counter made me feel like an idiot and told me that I needed to go get a plumber. I was able to remove the leaking part and just needed the same part that was working. Since I didn’t know the technical term of the part, I guess in their eyes that makes me incapable of doing the repair.I went down the road to another supply house who was more than willing to help and had the part in stock. don’t waste your time going here, unless you want them to make you feel like, you’re not equal to them because you may not be a plumber

Always so slow when you go to pick up something, you can call HOURS ahead and you still will wait 20+ min every single time , horrible !!!!

No counter staff, waited over 10 minutes while other tradesmen were in line waiting to purchase over $100 of materials, progressively getting louder with their complaints on the lack of staff. Hope the lunch break was worth loosing this Plumbers business

Tried to apply for a job twice with them and both times I was given the run around by Manager Dan. He kept shooting me dreams and had me come up there wasting my time and gas when he knew he had already made a decision to not hire me. Dan is a real slime bucket and a piece of you know what. Very dishonest and doesnt care whether you have a family or not. Race may play a part or the fact that I'm a convicted felon either way he will waste your time just for fun. Duck Dan. I swear sometimes they have the wrong people in some of these positions. It's not like I dont have the experience because I have been doing plumbing for over 3 yrs. Action plumbing supply is way better anyway and also sunshine plumbing is good too and they are not far from bond. Bond is a scam. Prices are too high.
