“I've had work done twice at Mark's shop. So I arrived unannounced the other day. I told him I thought I had a nail embedded in a tire when I got a low tire pressure warning. Mark was busy but stopped what he was doing to assist me. He immediately went to work, removed the tire, and discovered I had a rock in a tread that only looked like a nail. He spent 15 minutes on my tire and said No Charge. I couldn't do that because his time is too valuable. So I gave him a generous tip for taking care of my problem right away. I saved over $400 because I was planning to buy two new tires. He said I have plenty of tread left on the tires. I trust my wheels to Mark and his team at Why Go To The Dealer where I know I'll be treated right. Its a full service shop for whatever problem you may have with your vehicle.
