They are very good! I recommend them.. it takes a while for responses due to them being very busy but they will get back to you.. email if you cannot get a response.. but they are amazing Cassandra is the best!

Was skeptical because of some of the reviews 3 years ago, but my last 3 years have been awesome. I complete my application, send my stuff in, get my loan a week after Christmas. And repeat. Haven't had an issue. I wasn't aware that they don't do state. She said because Florida doesn't have state but they will do them if you ask them. I didn't mind, she kept it 100 with me and filed them for me and that was it. Just every year since the 1st time I just call in and ask can they do my state so far smooth and easy I'll see y'all again this year thanks

If anyone has any real since they will read the reviews and not deal with these scammers they lie steal your money and make fake paper work. Me and MANY others I've teamed with who they have done taxes have contacted irs and attorney on them Yeah they get u money but at a cost that will hurt u with irs in long runWhile they profit . But we have gathered all Info needed along with info from previous workers with proof of what they do

This woman is awe full she steals your state tax return by telling you it all comes together federal and state when she actually puts a bunch of fraudulent items on your return to get the most money then tell you your getting back much less than there stealing from you then when the audits roll in the company phone line is are unreachable don’t waste your time call the irs they have thousands of complaints from this company and more coming in everyday sad how people find ways to get over on the working class karma and god is gonna get her back for this evil stuff

Unsure of this company I called multiple times. I never spoke to a live agent, contacted them on social media they said they will give me a call the following day. Yet still haven't spoken to anyone. I would be cautious of sending any info via email/phone.

This is my fourth year Filing for them they gave me my cash advance but did not give me my full refund it’s been a month almost 2 and I still haven’t heard anything nobody’s answering their phones or emails

I will NEVER do business with these people again. First, they kept the extra money that was issued to me in 2020. I called and spoke to someone, and was advised that they were taking calls for Cassandra, and that she would call me back. I never got a call back. I called the whole tax season and never got an answer. I didn’t talk to someone until they reached out to me this year to file my taxes, I explained to them what happened by email, and of course they knew nothing and later on communication was cut off AGAIN. I even was emailed by someone who claimed to work for their company telling me to beware filing with them because they are stealing information, and falsifying tax returns. I will NEVER fool with these people again, and I suggest other people don’t.

I’m changing my review to a one because they have been very sketchy this year. First off with my return I asked NOT to file and was told my return was filed anyway!!! I filed with them previously and never had an issue. This year my return seemed way off and when i presented it to them WITH proof I was given what seemed like an automated message. No one will answer phones or emails and I’m livid!!!!

Keep reading :Very professional. Works very fast . When I had difficulties or issues Cassandra was always helpful . I will be using them next year.Update: the first year I used them they were great . Hell since then my experience has been terrible. They are horrible with communicating with their international clients. No one ever responds to an email. No one ever answers the phone or return your phone calls . It’s ridiculous. I’ve been emailing and messaging them for almost two weeks now NO RESPONSE.

These people are frauds they will add stuff to your taxes and keep extra money for them selves they also have fired employees that are contacting clients with all the paperwork you sent to this horrible company call the irs they will tell you all about this company has a massive complaint log and still more complaints coming be careful irs is watching them closely and making a case.

Horrible will mess your stuff up and have you looking crazy. Then will cut the phones off after February they only email you 2 sheets of what they've done so you want see the errors all about their money not your personal professional serives you've hired them for?????
