I needed my battery to be charged up. When I got to auto zone the gentleman that came out to help could not figure out how to open my hood. So I opened it (fine but strange ). They then said they couldn’t charge my battery because it is factory ( which was fine) so I asked them to please jump it again so I could get it to the dealership. . They literally could not figure out how to jump start my car. I had to sit in the parking lot of an auto zone waiting for AAA to come jump my car because they could not figure out how to do so.

Armondo Martinez was very knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond for me. He politely answered my questions and he has a sense of humor. He has exceptional customer service skills. Joshua A., I believe he is the manager/supervisor, on the other hand acted as if I was bothering him, dismissive and walks around with an angry face, aggressive body language and no customer service skills at all. Every time Mr. Martinez attempted to explain what was going on he over talked him. He asked Mr. Martinez what type of car I had and he told him. Joshua A. then asks me what type of Ford do I drive twice. I had to tell him twice I don’t drive a Ford. My battery died while still under warranty, and instead of replacing it, he instructed staff to recharge it. It took a hour and I waited. The charge lasted a few hours and I had to go back to the store the following day. Mr. Martinez was there again and assisted me again. He had the same positive attitude as the previous day. I forgot the other manager’s name that was there but he was polite as well. Other than the rude Manager, everyone else’s positive attitude made my visit a positive one.

Lopez....he assisted me with Great Customer Service...I don't know much about cars and I only needed my wipers changed. He helped me find the correct size, the best brand and he installed them for me...Wonderful service..I will always go back to this location.

The manager is a very lazy and incompetent manager. Name is Jush Never want y to o look up customers account to check warranty just tell then it not under warranty and you got to buy another one. Lopez looked it up the next day and found it within 3 minutes. Shameful employee

I normally don't do Google reviews, but what I experienced second hand tonight I felt compelled to. I gave one star because I wasn't in the store my husband was, but I was on the phone with him. All can hear is a male and female screaming horrible horrible things. I asked my husband who were they talking to and he said a guy that work here name Mario. I'm talking about the things they were saying were so rude and disrespectful. Calling this young man all out of his name and all. So I asked my husband why and he said all because Mario asked the guy to put a hat back that he picked up and put on his head and tried to leave with and steal. So he was doing his job. My husband said and I agree with him that you all need security in that store. You have to protect the people that are working for you. Because I will feel so bad if anything was to happen to one of them and you all can only give condolences when you could have done something more. Being a company like you all please do better. Cause my husband said the young man is actually a VERY nice guy. And he as well as all of them deserves to be protected. Please don't let this fall on deaf ears. Thank you.

Mario T was amazing he made me laugh through a very frustrating situation. He was multitasking while being very informative. I’ll highly recommend Mario to anyone for help rather it’s with education about your vehicle or help with installation. 100% satisfied customer !
