Easy to get a storage unit and easy to leave. Love the 24/ hr access.Field manager Brian was awesome and really helped when we had a difficult request.Only issue is that I got absolutely no confirmation that my unit/ contract has actually been cancelled/closed out. You guys have no problem sending me emails requesting feedback or demanding payment but why have I not received any communication saying the unit has been closed and given a zero balance receipt? That's a big let down as I need the paperwork proving that everything was settled and I left the unit in clean and good condition.

All you guys did was jack up the price for the exact same service the entire time I used the storage facility.

I love this place and the communication! The day that we move out one of the associate I think is Ramon his name help us with the lock. He was so amazing and helpful! Thank you!!!

I was robbed. Yes half of the items in my unit were stolen. Now I'm getting the runaround. Admittedly I'm having financial issues and I got behind on my payments. My items were going to auction. Without my knowledge or permission my lock was cut so my items could be 'inventoried'. Right after it was shut and locked with their lock it was broken into. What a strange coincidence!! Athletic equipment, Tools were all taken. This happened in the early morning, but no one reached out to me until after 2pm. They have cameras but can't tell who did it. Another strange coincidence. I'm getting the runaround from the staff. The field manager doesn't know anything, what?? Isn't that your job. The office manager who can only relay messages. The district manager who won't return my call. WTF!! They did postpone the auction until September. So I get robbed under very suspicious circumstances and they're no help but still want me to pay all their ridiculous fees. SHADY OPERATION. I filed a police report. Guess how that's going. They sent me pics of what was left, that day but I just got the pics from the 'inventory' yesterday. Another strange coincidence. This happened in the middle of June.

Wish I could give 0. DO NOT RENT!!!! I'm not even 2 mo this late and they are already charging me over 500$ in late fees!!! The lease says it's only 10$ for being late per month. they will rob you here. And horrible horrible customer service. The lady snapped on me telling me that if I would shut up at listen that the over 500$ I owed would make sense . She kept telling me I'm 48 days late so that's 3 months worth of late fees and rent. How could that ever possible make sense to any sane person. Honestly I'd rather lose the very few items I have . And btw I have the smallest unit they provide!!! DONT RENT HERE!!! I WILL BE SUING .

Do not place your item here, the gate is always wide open, the homeless guys jump the gate every night and sleep in the bathroom, the customer service stinks. I have requested 3 times to come spray my unit for ants with no response, hell just gave up and purchased my own pest control stuff and did it myself.I have been with the company for 3 years and I promise you, it will not be a 4th. Go ahead and try to call them now, you will be placed on hold for hours. They truly don’t care. Very , Very sad. Take your business elsewhere, that’s what I am doing. There are several new places just around the corner from here. I know they will delete this review. I have asked several times to speak with a manager, to no avail, DO NOT bring your business here.

The Riverview Location is not secure and unfortunately it seems the company rather have items stolen from it's customers & give no real help or insurance options to make as well as ensure security for it's customer base. They rather have break-in's then to update their security system to run and record 24-7 when they run a 24-7 storage facility. I've heard and read too many bad reviews on top of no real assistance to Xpress Storage Companies Customer base other then just a generic response. You raise prices 2-3×'s a year get your act together and bite the bullet ( investment ) on updating and investing in a more secure and better ran facilities.

Check in was hard to see the screen. I needed to buy a lock for an outdoor parking space for my RV, there is no place to put the lock! Other than that, I’m happy with the cleanliness and security!Steve B

Worst customer services and prices increase each year. It says 24/7 access but they have issues with lock keys not working. Property manager Chris is not available to assist; you can only leave a voicemail. Highly recommend not renting a unit at the RIVERVIEW, FLORIDA location.
