It's a shame that I have to actually give this bank even 1 star. This location by far provides the worst customer service I have ever seen. You literally have to make an appointment for everything and if you're 4 minutes late to it, they give it to someone else and you have to make it another day. Mannequins provide better customer service than the branch manager at this location. I am closing my personal, and business accounts with Wells Fargo and moving my money to Regions.

This location is a joke so are they employees. If you do not have an appointment they dont take you if you do they take somebody else before you i have been twice on this branch with the same purpose and both times somehow they end up not taking me the first time I didnt have an appointment and the person rushed us second time he said i was late i walk in the bank exactly 5 minutes into my appointment the funny thing is the first time the same agent waited 10 minutes for his appointment because I didnt have an appointment. I asked if they were camera to prove i was there on time but of course in their convenience they can’t review it. Poor service in this bank. I will never go to this branch just because i will have to see the lasiest worker i ever seen.

This is a terrible company I had a bad experience I had fraud happen in my account and did not get a temporary credit for it I talked to customer service and told them that the charges were not mines and they were rude about handling the situation and told me a temporary credit will not be available and was not reimbursed for the Chargers that happen in my account I am thinking about changing Banks I'm not happy with Wells Fargo at all

So first time at this branch, a line of customers wi airing in line, all of the sudden someone inside the bank started screaming, people in the line confused and scared, then one of the cashiers went to the back and started laughing and joking with someone, line still slow and customers waiting, same person received phone calls and put it on speaker for some weird reason, like zero sense of privacy for whoever was in the phone. Laughs continued, line still waiting to be serviced. Employees acting busy but not doing anything. Won’t ever come back! Worst customer service. Not surprised why this branch has so many bad reviews.

Unfortunately, my wife and I had to make an appointment to correct an issue that another Wells Fargo banker in Idaho did. The worst part was that we have never dealt with a wells Fargo banker in Idaho. We have never been to Idaho. The Wells Fargo banker (Ute Riley) at the Summerfield location in Riverview was able to find out what happened, what banker caused the error, how it was done, and how to correct the issue. This error was completely Wells Fargo's faults and we could not done anything to prevent it. I will say that the issue should never have been able to be accomplished by another banker that we have never dealt with. However, Ute Riley is our new go to if we need any assistance in the future.

I met Mariella twice. The first time was to change the name of the child to apply for notarization, which requires notarization of the parents. But she said that it is enough to write about one person, and there is no need to write about two people. So we drove to Jacksonville City Health, where the staff said both parents needed notarization, and we came back. More than 8 hours round trip.I really don't understand why this kind of thing happened, I think she very unprofessional.Secondly, I went there to open a bank account a few days later. I wanted to do online banking, but she told me that it couldn't be done here, and gave me a phone number to make a call. Today I called for a long time but still couldn't solve it. Later, I learned that my friend can handle online banking on the same day he opened an account with another banker.So I'm really mad because it bothers me so much

Staff didn’t want to help me open a new account because they didn’t have the hour to take me as a walk in at 10am. They tell me this after already waiting an hour. They pick and choose which services are convenient for them despite my willingness to wait.
