This pharmacy is the most unreliable. My requested a refill via the telephone monitor system. It told me the prescription would be available the next day. It took 3 days for my prescription to be ready, which led to me missing two doses. Additionally, I have had issues at this pharmacy in the past, where I called in to request a refill, and the pharmacy techs put me on hold to "check for me". I waited for 30 minutes on the line up until the pharmacy closed. I essentially waited just for the monitor to officially hang up on me so they wouldn't have to. Had they just told me to call back the next day if they were "behind" would've been sufficient. Lastly, the drive-thru is not even convenient since they seem to be short-staffed. The drive-thru line was not moving for 10 minutes so I decided to go inside in person. The line was no different, there were a bunch of people waiting in a still line with only one person doing all the work of pulling up people's prescriptions.

Probably one of the worst Walgreens locations. The staff is absolutely unprofessional and rude. One Latina woman was in the middle of helping the photo line and suddenly had to leave because she shift ended. Literally turned around and walked away. The next staff in that area, a Black woman with curly extensions, was incredibly rude as well. My photo order was delayed by a lot, with no notification given (as they said would happen) no real reason either, other than the staff was not actively keeping an eye to release the photo orders.

I ordered a photo book online. It was delivered over a week ago to the store and it took three people over 30 minutes to even try to find my order then they told me it wasn’t there. Then they got the manager involved, Sam. He couldn’t figure out how to cancel my order and provide me a refund. Stood in the back and text on his phone. No one ever even apologized for not having my order. Then they helped two customers in front of me. While I was still waiting, the 2nd customer they took in front of me found out the young lady didn’t even have enough cash in her drawer. So she interrupted Sam for help. He then walked away didn’t say he’ll be right back with me or anything. Sam walked away and to get cash to help the customer in front of me. I walked out. I came home took me a five minute phone call to Wallgreens to file a complaint and to cancel my order and get a refund.

never and i mean NEVER go to this walgreens pharmacy. i’ve had a prescription sent here for about a year, and continuously would order ahead on the app, just to go to pick it up and NOT have it be ready. they will also try to file under the WRONG insurance. just this last visit i went to refill, hoping this time would be different, and not only did they tell me no order had been placed but they THEN changed MY ENTIRE PRESCRIPTION WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and gave me a completely different pill. pharmacists will also randomly leave the window for 30 minutes to an hour at a time in the drive thru. never again.

Just visited my 24 hour Walgreens at 11:41 PM and three employees were just sitting near the door and laughing as myself and others were trying to enter and ask why closed. Store #9297

Called to confirm prescription was received around noon. Never received any updates after that throughout the day. Called prior to going to pick it up and was on hold for 45 minutes (we started making our way to the store and had made there, while still on hold). When I arrived between 7:30-8pm to pick up the prescription (an urgent medication), I was Informed it was out of stock. Hours after waiting for it all day. and that it won’t be in stock until Tuesday (4 days later). They suggested I called other pharmacies to inquire about the medication in stock, despite their mistake and poor judgment. I would gladly made the effort to call well before other pharmacies closed had I been informed/updated 6 hours prior. VERY Unprofessional and poor communication. I will stick with CVS.

Clean and well stocked Wednesday most be delivery day! The store was busy but not crowded lines moved in a decent rhythm ??

Pharmacy is always backed up. They never answer phone or they hang up on you. Customer service skills are the worse.

Pharmacy should not let people sit at the drive threw window if there prescription isn't ready, will no longer use Walgreens terrible customer service need a new manager

Worst Walgreens I have ever done business with. Tired of waiting in line for prescriptions I tried same day delivery. This delivery is not free. The two times I paid for same day delivery the prescription was delivered the next day, nearly 24 hours late. I will be transferring my prescriptions.

This is the worst walgreens I have ever been to. The lady working the pharmacy drive through had absolutely no Idea what she was doing and completely wasted my time. Sat there for half an hour just to for her to tell me to cancel my order and resubmit it and it not work. Transferring my prescription elsewhere.
