“Hit the more button” If you came here to let Walgreens know about anything wrong at their stores for the pharmaceutical departments. YOU ARE IN THE WRONG PLACE!Now keep reading. If I have your attention.These people do not care. Instead here’s my IDEA. Take your, “and this is to everyone that made it here,” to your insurance company call, email, even post your Walgreens with address, store number, any contact information. Get business cards of pharmacists, managers. Take pictures of them.Now here’s the best part, same way you found this… Go directly to your main insurance’s location both on Apple Maps and google maps.Then post all of that information! Bet you will get a response from your insurance company, doctors and lawyers.Now that’s done. Walgreens let me ask a few questions. Heart medication? Is that important to keep someone alive? Now when asking a pharmacist one important question. Bad costumer service I just called to check on my prescription and got a argumentative response with no potential answer until I gave the same altitude back and had to keep asking questions and basically pry the information from the lady on the phone. And I could tell by her voice she was the same person that told me I wasn’t in the system that a had been in for months with Her snide attitude. The first time I brushed it off maybe she was having a bad day but I see now she must always have a bad attitude I’ll probably be having my prescription sent to a different store next month I’d rather drive further to get friendly service. Rather than 49 th street in pinellas park where they have bad costumer service. I hope this helps others in the future

Idiotic policies. Judging by the past complaints, Walgreens doesn’t care to respond to these reviews. This is a trash company. Go to another pharmacy. Publix cares about their customers. Try them.

TERRIBLE. I ordered online- they sent it to my house with part of the order and I returned everything they sent- THEY ONLY RETURNED PART OF MY MONEY! BEWARE of this and check your return!!!!!!

I fell in the palm bay Walgreens on Babcock been trying to get a hold of the district manager....the store manager told me to call the 800 number and refused to give me district managers name and number.

This is about store # 04400. I moved from one city to another, so I switched my Walgreens pharmacy. I have had more issues w/ this store not notifying me of needed prescriptions refills and monthly refills every single month since moving. Last time I had to walk into the store bc I wanted to ask someone why I was no longer rec'g notifications. I was told that my text reminders were turned off and also that I turned off to receive receipts for my purchases. I had them set it all up again to receive texts and receipts and told them I would never have turned them off! I never go online to the Walgreens app or website so there's no way I could've or would've done that. Personally, I think one of them got mad bc I griped them out last time and I think THEY did it to "get even". That's the kind of people who work at this location. I had to call again this morning to once again ask why I'm not getting texts, and was told that it wasn't set up. WHAT?! I went through the entire thing again and when "E" set me up for the 1 prescription, I asked her if the other refills were also set up. She actually asked me, "do you want the other prescriptions set up?" No lady, I only want 2 of the 4 medications I have to take monthly set up for auto renew. smdh

Store #4023 Pharmany in Auburndale,FL has no clue how to do their job! Losing RX and calling and texting to tell you it’s ready and when you get there it’s not in stock or they can’t find it!! REALLY! This has to STOP! You are going to kill someone’s not having meds in stock when needed! Very bad customer service snd bad attitude to customers! This store needs help to properly train their pharmacy staff.

The annoying repeated... every 13 second announcement,( I timed it)"Of how sorry they are , and how many people are ahead of you", in that awfulvoice,amounts to verbal abuse!.. if someone is already feeling ill, and TRYING to be patient (by maybe getting paper work done)....or at least sitting quietly trying to not feel so bad).....while on such ridiculously LOOONNNGGGG Holds.....Is it not possible, that our time and incovenience, is as important as yours?...and while holds are somewhat understandable, and apparently unavoidable.Isn't making your customers suffer from that ridiculous loop of annoyance totally uncalled for.... ( and how could it possibly, be what a company wants to do... to help it's end goal of being financially successful?)....D o you really hate your customers THAT much, and if you do, please.... just say so......As CVS is just across the street. (Which even as a very very long term customer, I am seriously considering at this point).

I have issue about 1 jear constantly for refile prescriptions. My last visit yesterday was big shock and dissapointment. I spoke with “phatmacist” and she told me she not pharmacist. I had shocked frustrated and mad when I discovered that in pharmacy worked people who’s not pharmacist. I am so scared for future for our life because noneducated people play vith our life and health. It's a shame for the whole country to have such a labor policy. I don't know about the USA, but in the rest of the world only educated/colage degree pharmacists work in the pharmacy and no one else can stand behind the counter.This heppened in Walgreens pharmacy in Lanstar blwd, Orlando Fl 32824.

The store on Hillsborough and 22nd st pharmacy has horrible,rude people working the phones.I am switching to Publix at least I am sure they will treat customers with respect.
