This is by far the worst Pharmacy. They are rude. They don't even run your insurance correctly and when they finally do it the right way and you are finally only paying 30$ instead of almost $200 they won't even call you back to discuss refunding the money paid when they wouldn't run your insurance. I have spoken to Corporate, the Manager and the GM, finally when you think between the 4 of them that the employees would know how to run my insurance. It's not that hard to run my insurance after 8 pm for the insurance to go through. It's Publix insurance and when I can't use Publix pharmacy, I must use Walgreens. I have to tell them every month when they try to get me to pay the self pay prices. Mind you there are notes in my chart on how to run my insurance. They are rude when you tell them it's wrong and will slam things, huff and puff and leave you sitting and waiting. If you have to use Walgreens I would suggest any other then this one on Gibsonton dr

Pharmacy is extremely slow, inconsiderate of customers and time. Hate that I have to use them for insurance reasons. Obviously, they are government funded because they could not treat customers so poorly if they had to depend on customer satisfaction. Wrote this while I was told to wait 1 minute for a rx that was suppose to be done earlier today!!

here I go again with this place. I have a neurologist and this phone lip service person is not it. I get so sick and tired of going around and around with this place. when the regular people are not there this place get worse. it is like dealing with the medication police. Then you ask for a manager and they play crazy. This time it was Diane and Amanda. Why should I sit in freaking pain because you want to be in control. To put it clearly. FIX YOUR S***. It is obvious that it is not just a few of us, there are more of us complaining than give compliments. This will my last refill since Tricare and Humana can be filled at Publix, Target, CVS. But shame on you for forcing out your customers instead of cleaning out this place. I can't wait to let those that really work there that you all are saying that no one works there by that name. Mind you, I been a customer here since 2010.I wish I could do a negative star.

Skip this place and keep driving to the location at Bloomingdale and Providence.The GM here needs to do better job of training and pay attention to how the employees are behaving day to day.My first visit was for photo printing. The printers are all out of whack so I had to go to the other location to get prints that were any good.This most recent visit was to drop packages for FedEx. The employee was dismissive and rude to me, waving me off from talking to her because I guess she was talking on her in-store walkie-talkie. The thing is, there's no way for me to know that's what she was doing. It's not like she's holding a phone to her head and I'm certainly not her child.When I explained to her my frustration, she said, "bite me" and walked away.I will never come back to this location ever again.

Just recently switched insurance companies and had to start getting my script filled at this location. I have to say that I haven't had any issues here. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful, I even asked them to order me a different generic for my suboxone strips because the Dr. Reddy's ones were making me sick and they actually went out of there way to order me the generic that I like. Sometimes the wait is a little long but I see how busy they are so I know it's not there fault. I definitely recommend this pharmacy :)

I just wanted to say Thank you for the women who helped me today. My sons dexcom install malfunctioned and I was in a panic (1 month since dx) I was scared and heartbroken for him. These ladies not only helped and spoke with me to calm me down but made it so easy for me to get the sensor he needed. I am extremely grateful for you all. He’s a happy camper now with his dexcom sensor in place❤️ thank you thank you thank you from my family to yours❤️

Terrible customer service. They will tell you your prescription is ready for pickup the next day. Same individual that works there that provided me this information will claim to the other coworkers that they never seen me before. Absolutely ridiculous. To waste people's time because they are not doing their job properly should have repercussions.

Now I've you've read my Big Bend Walgreens review you will see that I have not been a big fan of Walgreens recently. Well I just visited the Walgreens on Gibsonton and picked up a prescription and while they were busy and lots was going on Tom stepped up and handed it like a champ. He was calm and was dealing with a hundred things while helping me. I was super impressed. Good on you Tom!!!! You've restored my faith in Walgreens.

I called at 1:28pm for a prescription and told them I was going to use Good RX and I will pick up after 6:30pm waited in line 4 cars ,at my turn it was not ready soy they said that I had to go back in line (5 car line)I ask for a manager and a employee that had no manager ID(showed me the back of a ID)told me if I wanted my prescription I had to do the line .I went in the store and asked for a manager and was told he was not there today. Went I ask for the prescription they said that if I wanted it the pharmacy was going to have to ask for it1- the employee is a liar he is not a manager2 -they have horrible costum es Services3- there is no manager and the employee don't know there manager name(I asked 3 employee for it)

The workers are incredibly nice which is the only reason I’m giving 3 stars, but ANY time I come on my lunch break just to drop off a script, I’m speeding home because it takes my ENTIRE lunch break to wait in the damn line. It’s absolutely ridiculous there’s no reason it should be taking this long. It takes about 15 minutes per car.
