My daughter and I visited the store today to upgrade my phone. We had the pleasure of meeting Kyren Hollis. I cannot say enough good things about this young man. He went above and beyond to make the upgrade a smooth process. He was personable and knowledgeable. His positive attitude and friendly demeanor made my entire day! Verizon you are lucky to have Kyren! He is what all retail employees can only hope to strive for! Thank you Kyren, enjoy Paris. God Speed.

I am a Verizon Business Customer and as per usual, the business account people dropped the ball. I called this location and asked if they could assist me. Spoke to Jacob on the phone and he told me he would assist me. I went to the store and was helped and back out the door in under ten minutes with my business account issue solved. I know they don't make any money off of fixing my business account - but they took care of me anyway and I walked out with my best Verizon experience ever.

During my visit to see family, I made the decision to upgrade my phone for both personal and business purposes. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by Jon, who proved to be an exceptional representative. His knowledge, professionalism, and reassuring demeanor made the experience truly enjoyable. Not only did I leave with a new phone, but I also acquired an iPad at a fantastic price, thanks to Jon's dedication to finding the best deals. I am grateful for his outstanding service and attention to detail. Thank you, Jon, for going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.

My husband and I stopped by the store yesterday, Friday, Jan 12th to find out why my service wasn't as strong as it used to be and to replace my screen protector. That's where we met Brendan. He was so polite, knowledgeable, professional and patient. He fixed everything on my phone and reviewed our account. We spent quite a bit of time with Brendan and never felt like we were rushed. He should be your employee of the month. I will definitely go back if just to stop in and say hello to Brendan. Top notch guy!

FIVE STARS for the customer service that Brendan provided - he was OUTSTANDING. My phone was in bad shape, so this tacked on A LOT of time to work through getting a new phone. In addition to the problematic phone - I thought I wanted to change my plan to a business account, so we began that journey - making calls for authorizaton and many other steps to do so and then after all the hoops we jumped through.. we realized it would best to keep a consumer plan - most people would definitely have been annoyed at some point during the process, if he was, I couldn’t tell. This gentleman had the patience of a saint and was extremely professional. Alongside Brendan, was Jaylon - he was also very friendly, nice and helpful - he had such a good vibe about him and it helped when his iPhone came to the rescue. (inside joke) What a great staff! If you want to work with people that are thorough, patient and kind… you need to pay a visit to this location and ask for them.Thank you again and again guys!!

Misrepresented monthly phone bill by a hell of a lot.I am 70 years old and was not told about senior discount, REAL MONTHLY BILL, called the 877 number, and was still given double talk about monthly bill.Was told first month $222, then $187 after that. One week later I got a bill for $396, this is not even close to $222. After 20 minutes of complaining it changed to $234 a month. What happened to the $222 & $187 per month! Welllll, if you sign up for auto pay it will be $204. I told the Rep I don't do auto pay with LIARS. Total misreputation. I would not send my worst enemy there for fear they would be pissed at me for Verizon lying to them. Please find another carrier that won't lie to your face.Good luck,Robert H. Price, Jr

Jacob did an amazing job!Best customer service and communication I’ve seen in a very long time. He contacted us to see if we were ready to upgrade, he placed our order and he got our new cellphones quickly.We got our phones, new cases and chargers and weren’t there all day to do this! I hate giving a bad review because the employees are really nice and they are trying. But I honestly can't give a good review when I believe I was hustled or at the very least lied to. I was told that if I bought the insurance that they would replace the phone for free as long as it was just broken and not lost. So I bought the insurance and then the screen got cracked and they told me it was $100 to replace it plus you have to wait 30 days to do so. If I'd had known I had to pay $100 for the replacement I wouldn't have got the insurance. Honestly if I had known I would be responsible for paying $600 for a lost or broken phone I never would have done this.
