I needed some important documents copied and binded . I was expecting to challenge a long line and long wait, but was pleasantly greeted by the new owner. The son assured me that my copies would be done in less than 12 minutes, the young lady who made the copies did a quick job.
Copies were made quickly and I was out of there in no time.
So happy for the courteous service.

I needed to get some documents faxed over. Walked in and there was a huge line, but to the credit of the staff working, they didn't seem stressed or rushed. they gave everyone courteous service and had the line knocked out in a few minutes. Great experience. Would definitely utilize them again even if the line is long.

Review of UPS and This Location
If I could rate my experience with UPS and this location lower than one star, I absolutely would.
Here’s what happened: I was traveling out of state when new phones were delivered to my home — admittedly poor timing on my part. I asked my daughter to overnight the phones from Riverview, FL to Kodak, TN. She did so, paying about $117 for next-day delivery.
Unfortunately, the day of delivery coincided with the tragic airplane crash in Louisville, KY, which understandably caused delays. We completely understood that part. However, when we contacted UPS simply to change the delivery location, things went downhill quickly.
Both my wife and I were treated rudely by multiple call center employees who either couldn’t or wouldn’t understand the situation or offer any assistance. We then called this local UPS Store for help and received none. Even visiting a nearby UPS Store in person proved equally unhelpful.
The package arrived a day late—after we had already left the area—so I had to drive four hours round-trip from Chattanooga back to Kodak to retrieve it.
When I returned home, I went to my local UPS Store to request a refund. They told me to contact UPS Corporate. Corporate, in turn, said the store could issue the refund. When I called this location again, the manager insisted there was nothing they could do and that there was no process at the store level to resolve my issue.
In the end, I learned that UPS and its franchise stores offer no real customer satisfaction guarantee—even for high-cost “overnight” shipments.
If your package absolutely needs to arrive on time, use FedEx, USPS, or deliver it yourself. UPS will disappoint you at every step.

I dropped 2 packages off at this store 11/4 and they wouldn't give me a tracking number. Now the packages are no where to be found.

We came in today to have some paperwork notarized. We thought we came late enough to miss the lunch rush but the place was very busy. The staff was phenomenal, and handled everyone efficiently, and were polite the entire time. I was very impressed! We specifically worked with Kevin who was awesome, but the rest of the team was great too. Thanks!
