I’ve had consistently negative experiences at this UPS store, which is unfortunate because it’s so close to where I live. Despite the convenience, I’ve gone out of my way to avoid it, and after visiting again today for the first time in over a year, I remembered why. I’d rather drive 25 minutes to another UPS store than deal with the frustration here. The employees have always come across as unfriendly, and I feel like they nickel and dime for everything—even charging for tape if they don’t approve of how your package is packed. I’ve never encountered this kind of issue at any other UPS store. Disappointing experience overall. Today was the last time I will ever use that store.

They are friendly knowledgeable offer products you may have forgotten asking if you need anything else make sure you have your receipt and or tracking info and the location is convenient

First and LAST time I will use this UPS store! Came in with a return that required me to provide the box and the UPS store to print out the label. I didn't know if they would need to put anything inside of the box (some places put a label inside and outside) so I didn't tape the top. The associate scanned the QR code and processed the label and then tells me they charge a $1 to tape the top. So I said ok then don't worry about it because I didn't have my wallet on me. She goes oh well I already processed the label. So I said Ok then put the label on and I will take it to another store and tape the top myself, to which she says oh no I can't do that. So I asked what do we do now, she said I will have to cancel the label and you have to go back to the originator to have them produce another one, which would have been a pain. ALL THIS OVER ONE 12" piece of tape!!! Can I also say that is a ridiculous price for one piece of tape. I know inflation has hit us all but this is just ridiculous. And if this is the case tell me BEFORE you process the return label so I at least have a choice! I use a lot of UPS stores in the area and this is the first time I have ever been charged for a piece of tape. I won't be back and if you go here just make sure you ask for all charges up front before they process anything!

The entire staff at this UPS store is always welcoming, very courteous and friendly, efficient in assisting all their customers, while always providing exceptional customer service! That's why I never use FedEx or God forbid USPS. Stores like this one set the bar too high for other companies to reach!!
Today I was assisted by Ethan. He is so welcoming, kind and efficient with every customer I saw him interact. It's absolutely obvious he loves what he does & working for UPS, and most importantly his customers, regardless of how they treat him! What a phenomenal attitude!! Please make sure he gets the praise, he earned it.

Update: hey UPS, I emailed you like you asked but no one has responded with how you’re going to make this right. Care to comment?
Guy seemed very disgruntled that we came in for a notary service. I also asked for signature required postage and asked for confirmation of that TWICE, to which he said yes, only to find out he just sent it trackable, not signature required.

Customer service here is not the best nor the most friendly. They charged me a dollar for a STRIP OF TAPE. I know it's not much, but come on, for a STRIP OF TAPE?!? At a shipping store?!?! Strip of tape wouldn't have been more than 6 inches ??♀️??♀️??♀️ Oh ... And not a smile, not an 'I apologize for the inconvenience' or anything.
I've been to other UPS Stores in the area and they're very kind, empathetic, and helpful. NOT at this one.

Too comical to not leave a review! The employee wanted to charge me for a STRIP OF TAPE! ? I went to this UPS to drop off a broken item that a manufacturer sent me a replacement for. They instructed me to use the same box with their prepaid label to return the broken item. I simply needed ONE STRIP of tape to just seal the top that I opened. The employee so kindly (sarcasm) said he’d do it for me this time, but next time would charge me. Pathetic and bad business. Do better you cheapos. I mean seriously, A STRIP OF PACKING TAPE. Give me a break.
