The guys that work in there are very obnoxious and rude! I called about a device that I shipped out to return to Spectrum. I told him I scanned the QR code & he immediately cuts me off and said that "there's no possible way that I scanned a QR code to send my device back to Spectrum and that I may be referring to Frontier" .. I said "I most definitely used a QR code FROM SPECTRUM to send my device back which in exchange the clerk gave me my receipt (which I lost) because I didn't think I would need to keep close to it. Anyways, he kept going back and forth with me about something I know for a fact I did , when he wasn't even the guy who assisted me to begin with. So, I asked to speak with the guy who initially took my scan which his name is Lucas . I asked him if he remembers me, I gave a description of myself and the phone I returned. He told me yes initially , but then minutes later turned around and said "well , we service multiple people per day , so I don't remember ." Do you remember or do you not ? And when I asked him that, he started getting obnoxious and wasn't even paying attention to what I was asking him, with a "brush me off" attitude . When all I just called in for was to check on my device that was shipped off from this UPS location! I will never come back to this location ever again . I'll drive 1000 miles to next UPS before I come to this location . Such a shame .

Kid at the counter had a bad attitude. Felt like I was inconveniencing him by shipping a package. He also looked like he hadn’t taken a shower in a while. Not professional. Would not recommend this location for good customer service.

This is the greatest UPS store in the Tampa Bay area, hands-down. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I have drop off’s almost daily and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Side note: As far as the comments about the smell… did those customers notice that it’s next door to Tampa Vapor, est. 2012?
