“I’ve been to this location twice to get an oil change. I’m a young woman, still in college. I was scared to go alone for the first time ever, but CBA has helped reduce my anxiety. It’s very reassuring to see many other women customers at this location - says something about the business! ?
I’ve never been treated unprofessionally by the staff. Not on phone, or in person. Waiting room is nice, and they clearly make efforts with hospitality to gain loyal costumers. (Shuttle, refreshments)
Although I think the price was a little expensive, they do have discounts you can find and use. Overall, their customer service makes getting oil change here worth it. (I don’t speak for other services they offer). Thank you and please don’t change!”

“I am totally impressed with the quality of service from Hancock Tire & Auto. As someone who has exclusively used make specific dealership service departments, they have gained a customer for life! They provided top notch, high quality, personalized service. I didn't have to deal with hold music or other hassles. The employees are fabulous! Waiting area is clean and comfortable.
