“The staff were amazing, from Maui talking to my little man while filling his bears to the sweet cashier who cut all the clothes off the bears so my son could dress them in store.But be warned their payment system is having some major issues. Apparently they are struggling to accept gift cards. They checked my balance and told me I did in fact have money on my gift cards but then the system wouldn't accept them. Then they proceeded to tell me my gift cards aren't activated. So I paid with my personal card and went home. I verified through their website and phone system that I did in fact have a balance on my gift cards. Their customer service was fantastic and has issued me a refund to my personal card for the amount my gift cards had and all is well.”

We found the adapter and Erica worked with me to ensure it was the right adapter and it fit the track before selling me the track and adapter. Excellent customer service.”

“I never had problems with attitudes. You can choose not to sell your items if you don't like the choice they give you. I actually got more for clothes. It all depends on wear and tear. Then other half I sold off of offer up or donated them. So there is a wait each time you go in. Make sure it's clean. Or your price will be drop. I still have store credit.
