Thanks Eric for the PPF wrap on the Tesla. It came out looking amazing and the work you did to replace the old PPF on the rear bumper was great!Keep up the good work.

Been taking our cars here since they were located back over by I75. Never any issues and they do a solid job.

They don't mind wasting your time and gas. Set an appt for me to only go and they are closed up. When called give b.s. reason. Can't speak for quality but poor customer service.

On the pricey side but you get what you pay for. Ceramic tint is worth every penny, especially in this Florida sun. I had dog hair stuck inside the back tint job, I brought it back the next day and they replaced it immediately. Don’t regret it one bit!

Eric at Tint Studio has professionally tinted several vehicles for my family and business. He is reliable, knowledgeable and fastidious in his work. Too, the prices at his shop are very competitive. We have not had either a product or install concern since he completed any of these tint jobs. Accordingly, we will continue to have all our tint needs met and completed by Tint Studio and Eric. Thank you always Eric and Tint Studio.

I chose this shop because of the reviews but I learned a great deal today. Never go on the reviews alone. My experience could’ve been better however that wasn’t the case. I contacted Tint Studio a few weeks ago to inquire about a quote and/or replacing tint that was bubbling on the back of my car window. During the call, I think I maybe spoke to the owner, he was friendly. I was quoted a different price from what I was charged today. When I arrived at the shop this morning, the customer service was lacking a lot. Granted, I arrived a little behind schedule because my GPS was off with the address. The man in the shop was assisting another customer (which was fine) therefore I patiently waited until he was available. When he got to me, he appeared annoyed didn’t really greet or reiterate what was being done to my car. Just asked for my keys, confirmed phone number and said he would call when he’s finished. When I arrived to pay and pick up my car, the total was provided and I noticed the bill was $57.89 more. I brought the price increase to his attention and his response was it’s due to the taxes in FL. I guess I looked slow or didn’t look like a person who can do simple math but this increase was not due to FL taxes.? After looking at the receipt closely, I was also charged a $7.10 non cash adjustment fee. It would’ve taken 1-2 minutes to give a heads up on this fee because I could’ve went to an ATM. I didn’t have the time on my busy schedule to waste or go back and forth so I paid my bill and left. As a customer, it wasn’t fair business to provide a quote that was not applicable the day of service. Enjoy the extra funds, I have no plans to refer nor do business here again.UPDATE: I just reviewed your response to my review. I never stated I had a problem with paying any amount of taxes. My message directly addresses two main components, 1) a quoted price that was provided a few weeks ago that was different in the final bill and 2) the lacking customer service experienced during the process. I’m accustomed to final billings being broken down (i.e. price quoted + fees + taxes). The price of $120.00 that was initially quoted to me and the 8% - 9% tax that you mentioned was your FL sales tax today would’ve increased the final bill to around $130.00, additional fees would have brought the final bill to approximately $145.00. The breakdown for the bill today includes $39.95 extra from the original price quoted, $5.95 shop fee (No problem with this fee), $11.99 (No problem with this tax fee) and $7.10 non cash adjustment fee (I have a problem with this fee since you failed to mention prior or during the “consultation” process.) Honest communication is always the key if that’s what your business is based on (word for word). Lastly, I hope I enjoy the final product that was completed as well. Thanks for your business.

I don't have any issue with paying sales tax to any business and as a entrepreneur myself I'm well aware of "business practices".
