Sandra at guest services seems lot be a racist towards African-Americans went in for a return specifically told her that I wanted a gift card because I was trying to do a another purchase I had my receipt. She purposely put the return back on my card after I told her what I was trying to do I will be calling The corporate office to inform them of how I was treated and racially profiled against over a simple $13 return

The Target in Riverview is usually well-stocked and clean and the customer service and cashiers are so nice for when I’d like to browse in-store. Lately, I’ve been using the drive up pickup option to save time and money, and it’s been seamless.

Olivia is amazing! Drive up area was busy when I picked up my order (6:30 pm), and there were some other, less patient, customers that were making the already hectic area even more stressful. Olivia was great at calming the other customer and also maintaining a pleasant attitude. I don’t always write reviews but she deserves a good one! :)

I use target primarily because of its close proximity to where I live. They carry a variety of items as I've bought clothing for myself and family. I primarily use Winn-Dixie for my groceries and Amazon when I don't have time to shop. They have nice presentation it usually comes at a price.

Literally every time I come here the fitting room is closed. Before 8pm over 2 hours before closing and no one can try on clothes? FAIL

Bad customer service. Had been at the store over an hour collecting things to try on- came to the fitting rooms, they were closed. No announcement was made, no time signage was posted, and the employee who was in the fitting rooms working had nothing to say other than they were closed. Store was still open for several hours. Left empty handed with my time wasted. Tried to call the store to talk to a manager, no one picked up. Don’t waste your time here.
