Brought my Ram 1500 in for a tire vibration and oil change. Firestone on Bloomingdale couldn't get it right. Jason and crew took care of it the first time. Highly Recommmend.

I usually do most maintenance and extensive mechanic work myself, but I brought my BMW X3 to Sonny's when some suspension work was too much to me to handle. Jason was helpful and got me in and out during the busy week, which was much appreciated! I'd recommend if you're looking for a trustworthy shop here in the Brandon/Riverview area.

What a disaster. They couldn’t figure out the issue with my SUV. Could be this. Could be that. So they gave up and said take it to Ford. Unfortunately there is no communication between the “tech” and the manager. This resulted in a piece under the car not installed and cause an another piece to fail. My wife drove the vehicle the next morning and had a horrible banging under the car. Towed it back to them and found they didn’t install a piece. (See pictures)
They said it was because it wasn’t communicated to the tech it was “complete”. BUT……how does the “tech” not say anything when this piece is just sitting there. Oh but the old change was good…I think.

Needed a flat repair quick. Called around noon, dropped car off around 2 pm and it was by 4:30 pm. Great experience and will definitely be getting my next set of tires from them.

Yesterday I went to another place for oil changes and new wipers. Today just left my house, heading to the airport to pickup a friend. and it started to downpour. On the driver's side, the wiper blade flew off. I could barely see the road but was able to pull off and there was Sonny's Auto. They were so helpful and replaced my wiper blades on both sides. Thankful this happened close to home and I wasn't on the interstate, could have been a dangerous situation for me.

I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else. Not even to the dealer. These folks are friendly, honest and thorough. This is coming from someone who absolutely doesn’t trust mechanics at all. Sonnys consistently proves there are still good mechanics out there. Armando is awesome! Don’t hesitate to bring your vehicles here.
