Went here for my first time a couple of days ago and had a fantastic experience. Gabriel was super helpful in helping me get an exterior paint to match my house. 10/10 recommend, will be coming back for sure.

Great staff every item you'll ever need if they don't have it they can get it most times ... they're there to build a customer base that reflects their dedication to this store . They are one of the last companies to carry oil based paints .

The store is well stocked and clean... associates are informative and always willing to help. The only consistent problem is my orders are never ready to pick upon arrival. My first order was called in 3 days in advance only to arrive to the store for it to be sitting in a stack of papers and was not yet mixed. 2nd order I called in 20 minutes in advance before arriving to the store. Only to arrive with it sitting in yet another stack of papers and was not yet brought to the front. This order consisted only of base paint and did not need to be mixed. However I ended up waiting another 15 minutes for the order to be found and brought up. At this point, I think the best course of action is to call the store a 2nd time to confirm that the order is ready, prior to pick up. Otherwise you can count on wasting additional time upon arrival.

Hello google community! I work for CertaPro Painters, so when I’m be picking up paint in this store those Guys are amazing, Marc, Doug, Gabe, Mario, Tony, Carey, and Kobia are an excellent team!!!! But I must point out that Doug and Gabe are very professional!!!

Try to get paint with my paint label. Stood at the counter after I walked in for about five minutes. There was one worker helping a customer did not even acknowledge me. Another worker walked in from his lunch break and asked if he could help me. I showed him my label and he said we do not have that but we try to order it. Then he just stood there and looked at me. That’s it that was our encounter. Least helpful employee I have ever met. Will not be shopping here ever.
