Why is it, in 2024, they still make us give these undeserved stars?
If you don't want to be at work, stay home.
If you don't like your job, go get another job.
The customer care here is nonexistent and even that assesment may be too kind.
I'm going to need Sam's club to require more of their hiring staff or at least invest in training that is meaningful.
I spend a lot of money in this location and I'm also a disabled veteran. You don't know that, which is the reason you should treat everyone with the respect of acknowledging their presence, being aware of your own piss-poor attitude, tone of voice, body language, and other nonverbal cues, and look past the complexion of my skin so you can act like you actually enjoy living as opposed to obstensively stealing air from the rest of us that do.
Sadly, the cashier who pointed out another poor hire posing as a supervisor, thought the entire situation was hilarious because her own personal development ended at the redlines that limit her by her own complexion.
I have no problem going extra (doesn't even matter really at this point) miles away to be treated like a human being.
This place is staffed with low IQ, unaccountable, spiteful, and childish individuals that insist on stealing air from the more deserving.
I hope you all have the days you deserve.
I won't stay around to watch it fulfill itself.

The service and everything was great , however giving it 4 stars because the 4 tires i got all looked dusty on its sides . Normally when you install brand new tires it has that black shine that this did not. The tire tread was good but this look disappointed me. Cus no matter how much you wash it that look doesnt come. But going to appreciate the service and all . Got good year assurance max life $145 for 4 tires and tax fees everything came down to $573 after the discounts . If the tires looked shiny i would have absolutely loved it!

Had a great experience! I had a dead battery and needed to get a new one installed without an appointment, today. Rene was SO HELPFUL! Best customer service I’ve experienced at this Sams club. Battery was under warranty and was done in 10 minutes (as a *walk in*) Overall awesome experience!

Sams Club Tire & Battery Center is terrible. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The service desk is always empty as the technician are working, and their is no one to man the desk. You will wait for 10-14 minutes before anyone is free to help you. Sam's Club needs to get out of the tire business.. Staff member are not friendly, or welcoming.

I’ve gotten tires from Sam’s club for years. Today they have let me down. I bought 2 tires on July 3 and setup an appointment for July 9. I came to my appointment and only one tire arrived they put another order and said they would let me know so that I could come in that day and get them installed.Surprise they never called.I came back and they told me to come Sunday as a walk in when I get here I am told that they will not take any walk-ins today. 27 days waiting to get the tires I paid for installed only to be told that they will not take walk-ins. Needles to say I asked for my money back. Will not be coming back for tires, the service has gone downhill real bad.

Needed 4 tires and was told to come back several times due to staffing issues. Each time I was turned away. Poor customer service and now I’m going to go shop competitors.

There was an issue getting the tires installed after I purchased them that forced me to cancel the purchase. But the Store Manager and Tire Center Manager contacted me and made it right. I was actually surprised with the actions management took to make up for the inconvenience.

This place is a joke. Never any carts. Staff is awful. You wait in line forever only to wait online to have your receipt checked. We need a Costco closer.

Could you possibly hire any less motivated, less knowledgeable and more idiotic staff? I just spent 30 minutes pumping 11 gallons of gas because of a "dirty filter". I asked the attendant if they're going to shut the pump down and they said "No. We only do that for a safety hazard". You people have to be the most ignorant pieces of excrement on the earth. I only have your membership for the gas. You people can suck the big one.

This place is the worst for tire services! They promise you all kinds of perks and maintenance services after your purchase but never honor them! They always are "overbooked" or not accepting walk-ins! I definitely wish I would've spent the extra $100 and went to Firestone! Never again will I recommend this place!!!
