What a joke!! They do everything they can to not talk or greet you at all. Some older folks were at the kiosks and had no help with using the system. Super rude to customers. This place sucks!! Go to a different location if you can.

I always go to your Riverview location and have found it to be consistently well managed, friendly and completed in a very reasonable time, even when very busy. The staff is always competent and friendly. Keep up the great work.

Quest Labs in Riverview is so nice. It was recently remodeled. The workers are all nice but the phlebotomist Jeff is outstanding. He’s the only phlebotomist who gets my vein without any problems. I have very small veins. He’s an outstanding asset to me and other patients with small veins. Highly recommended

This is the only place that gets you in and out with hardly any waiting. My service provider was Jeff. He was exceptionally nice and was able to draw blood on the very first try which usually never happen due to my very tiny veins!

I went in a bit nervous, as no one likes getting their blood drawn. I never write reviews but I really wanted to give props to the man who drew my blood. He was stationed at the very entrance of the door today. He was so efficient and had the steadiest hands ever- it also helped he was very nice. 5 stars I left happier than I did going in!

The phlebotomist that drew my blood was super friendly and drew my blood on my arm ton the first try. Not many people can do that on my arm. She is an excellent employee and she deserves recognition, and a raise. You need to keep her there she is the one of the very best. Thank you

I was a little late with the sign in to the appointment but arrived on time; I was in my appointment within 15 minutes, the lab tech was awesome and I had my lab drawn very efficiently with one stick; just slight pinch and all done. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Awesome Experience!! Love Quest.
