This is my favorite Publix by far. Outside aesthetics and Winthrop in general are beautiful! Very friendly staff, always helpful, wonderful options and competitive prices compared to places like Whole Foods, sprouts and local supermarkets

Had scheduled a deli sub pick up via the app. I received the sub 30 minutes late. The order was made incorrect. But overall, clean store. Not crowded on a Sunday morning.

Have been coming here for 8 years and always have a problem with the Deli. Have talked to multiple store managers and corporate office and it never helps. If it wasn’t in front of my neighborhood and convenient I would go to another location.

Why? Why would anyone shop at Publix in-person anymore when I can drive-up at very nearby Target or Wal-Mart and get 100% better service without leaving the car! Two days before 4th of July. Publix is out of Beef franks and ground beef. ONE check-out open. Only self-checkout available. No room in that tiny, little space to scan and bag an overflowing shopping cart. Had to go get a second cart to place the bagged groceries. All of this will 3 employees standing together watching. What a joke. Publix used to be my favorite. Major downhill slide, and shopping definitely was not a pleasure.

They make the best cakes ever, they are very helpful and friendly.
