This Pharmacy has gotten pretty bad. They barely answer the phone. The communication/customer service is terrible when it comes to prescriptions that should be filled but are not. One too many times they have not filled a prescription submitted by the medical office or have not filled a refill and fail to communicate why. If I ever do get someone on the phone they lie that they tried to reach me via numerous means. Yet, they have no issues getting a hold of me to inquire about any prescription that they decide to fill.

I want to say, I have the BEST PHARMACIST that I've ever had!!!He has been the pharmacy manager for quite a while,but I'm not good with names.I can't begin to say,how much I appreciate his help on any questions I have, and the he'll give me an answer that some of my doctors don't even know!!What a Godsend!! He's always up-to-date on the medications I take!!Like a walking pill book!!LoL!His staff treats me with the upmost respect!!Never had a problem the whole time I been going there!!Not days,months,but years.He solved a big problem of mine, about all the falls I've had.Now,I know exactly what I need to do!!Thanks so very much!!!

I'm not sure what's going on with this store. I have been shopping there for a few years and in the last 6 monthsit's gotten extremely poor in customer service. And the manager of course is always apologetic but nothing gets better. Today I experienced a very racist encounter with customer service. She treated the lady in front of me completely different than she treated me. The lady happened to be the same skin color as she was. I hope that that was not the reason she was so rude to me but that's what it felt like. I had barely walked in the store when the young lady started barking orders to me of where to put my cart that she thought I was just leaving there. I had just walked in the store. This is only one example of the rude employees in their store. I have had experiences prior in the last few weeks with rude employees, and most of them have been very young kids. We will not be using Publix for a while to see. If possibly things get better or maybe a change in management will make things better. Because it seems he does not have control of his stobe. Also canceling our instacart because it is linked to that store .

Hate having to go here. Prescriptions are never ready when they say it will be. Half of the staff is rude and unpleasant.

This place has the absolute worst wait times for medications out of all the pharmacy I’ve tried. First off they don’t even let you wait for you medications most of the time saying they’re too busy even if you come if with an emergency and need your meds. On top of that if you were already waiting on your meds for however long they quoted you and come to get it, then they’re like it’s not ready yet you’ll have to wait another 20-25 minutes and it just keeps going on like this. They always say they’re too busy and never show that they care about their patients or conditions. I’ve worked at a pharmacy myself so while I know it gets pretty busy and hectic, it doesn’t take 30 minutes to an hour to slap a sticker on a medicine package and have it verified by your pharmacist, they could do better than that atleast for a waiting patient in need of their meds. This is absolutely unacceptable and I’m done with this pharmacy after encountering the same exact issue time and time again.

A prescription for a new medication was sent in on Friday November 4th by 11 a.m. Was told it would be there on Monday November 7. I called 2X on Monday, at 2 pm was told it may have come in but they don't know because the meds had not be unpacked. I then called at 6 pm and was told by a technician that it was not there, it may be there by Tuesday afternoon. Not feeling positive about Publix pharmacy!

The lack of communication and professionalism from a Publix pharmacy is appalling but that's what I found here! From misquoting prescription refill times, to failing to communicate when there are insurance issues to failing to acknowledge your presence as you wait in line. This is not something I am used to in a Publix pharmacy and I will NEVER come back. You are better off at CVS or Walgreens, sadly.

This pharmacy is worse this CVS & Walmart combined. Between the rude staff and the issues with getting meds that have been ordered I am beyond frustrated. Time to change pharmacies.
