They are helpful and can solve problems, even during difficult times like a hurricane. However, they sometimes take a long time to answer the phone and calls can be disconnected. The pharmacy app allows for refill requests and payment. Overall, many customers appreciate the staff greatly and have had no problems for years, considering them the best.
They take a long time to answer the phone and sometimes they pick up and hang up. Not cool. If they are understaffed, then management needs to resolve the problem.
