It took 4 visits to get a medication from this location. Nobody knows what they are doing in the pharmacy department. Riverview has become a dump along with its Publix stores.

It’s never fun or easy when you’re sick or have an illness that needs a prescription. But my husband and I have used several pharmacies in the area and this by far is the easiest and most responsive one we have worked with. They answer the phone, you don’t have to wait in a long, excruciating line, and they are very timely in filling our prescriptions. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and politeness of the staff.

They don't answer of even return phone calls now they just hang up on you what is going on with Publix pharmacy does anyone in corporate even care or pay attention 2 these reviews. Now u have go into the store 2 make contact very disappointing

My doctor sent a prescription to this pharmacy 2 weeks ago and they still don’t have it ready. They say they don’t have it in stock and have to get it from the warehouse.

This pharmacy and the pharmacists (Ryan and Alex) are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! This honestly is the best pharmacy I have ever been to. The pharmacists are on top of everything and are so very helpful everytime. They actually care!!! I will NEVER us another pharmacy ever.

Please have your prescription somewhere else if it is urgent.They take forever to prepare it for you. Our doctor prescribe some amoxicillin and they told me that it takes hours to get it ready and will send a text if ready for pick up. But,text never came and have to call and visit the store many times to check.

My wife went today to have her second vaccine dose we arrived at 11 am we were told that the pharmacist will give her the vaccine but she needs to pick a form from customer service ,she went and stood in line then she was told that pharmacist informed them not to give any forms before 11: 30 .the staff was rude have impression that they did not want to work and trying to push customers away. My wife is actually a physician and knows how the healthcare system works. We ended up leaving the store and left all other stuff we were planning to buy.very disappointing service for publix , will never go back to this store.

This is probably the “unfriendliest” Publix that I have ever been to! The only reason I came here is that my usual store- Rivercrest- was out of a few things. This store had no customer service whatsoever. Not one employee even made eye contact or spoke to me- including the manager, cashier and bagger. No one once asked me if I needed help either. Wow. I won’t be back! You’re giving Publix a bad name!
