“I love this store. Best pet food store around. I have a cat who needs special food and they sell it. And they sell cheaper than Amazon. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. They made me feel like I'm one of their best customers. Their dog food collection is phenomenal and while their cat selection is much smaller, it's all great stuff. Limited supply of cat toys too however, that too is all quality goods. I actually enjoy going in. Try this store, you won't be disappointed.”

“Not only did they have what I was looking for they waited for me too! It was Saturday and I got hung up in traffic fearful I wasn't going to make it before they closed and my poor dog would be left to suffer until Monday, I called to see how much time I had. I told the lady where I was and omg! She said no worries I got you and will wait for you!! I'm happy to say I actually made it there with 5 mins to spare before they closed. Still who likes the customer who holds you up after a days work cutting into your own private personal time?? I was calmly greeted with a warm friendly smile, as she handed me what I came for. Asked if I needed to get anything else or had any questions didn't make me feel rushed, though I didn't take any more time than necessary in paying. Great experience.”

Nichole was amazing in that she let us bring our bike and test it out on the trailer (to make sure it fit) before purchasing. Once it worked, she helped with the selection of 2 spare tires and provided a quick and easy check out process.
