I WAS IN THIS STORE AND SAW THE ASSOCIATE DAVID BE VERY HOSTILE AND RUDE TO A VERY DISCOURAGED CUSTOMER ABOUT CHANGES THAT WAS MADE TO HER ACCOUNT WITHOUT HER KNOWLEDGEMENT AND HE WAS VERY LOUD AND DISRESPECTFUL TO HER I BELIEVE THAT WAS UNNECESSARY AND HE SHOWED TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... I THINK HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN TRAINED ALOT BETTER TO HANDLE TOUGH SITUATIONS LIKE THAT......

Julian was amazing! We had a terrible experience at the big bend location with Joyce with days of trying to find solution. Came here and Julian helped us with no issues. Great customer service! Highly recommend!

Metro PCS service in the Southeast Tampa Hillsborough County area is just a little spotty, not terrible, but it does drop here and there.

Lied about waiving a fee and then snuck the fee onto my account by adjusting my payments. "We can't see what you paid on your account" but I can come into the store and pay my bill; meaning they CAN see what I paid on my account. Location doesn't have a phone number to contact them either.

My husband went there and they did not clarify that it is not T mobile they got to fix it in google.
