“Rachel was great to work with. We were in and out. We got a great deal on a nice mattress. The reason for 4 stars is because their distribution center was a major headache. It took forever for them to get our mattresses. The pick up process was not smooth and they had us on the phone during all that chaos listening in. Super weird to do that. Just say you'll be out and hang up. We don't need to hear all that customer issues going on in the background.”
