Rachel was great to work with. We were in and out. We got a great deal on a nice mattress. The reason for 4 stars is because their distribution center was a major headache. It took forever for them to get our mattresses. The pick up process was not smooth and they had us on the phone during all that chaos listening in. Super weird to do that. Just say you'll be out and hang up. We don't need to hear all that customer issues going on in the background.

Went in today to window shop for a new mattress. George greeted us and had us so a sleep assessment. He was very helpful and patient as we tried different beds. Had no intention of purchasing anything today but ended up picking the best mattress I've ever had with an adjustable base. Got an amazing deal without pushy sales tactics. Thanks for all your help George. You're the best!!!!

We had a great experience buying with Mattress Firm. We started the search a couple of months ago and informed the salesperson, George, that we were just beginning our research and wouldn't be buying that day and that overbearing sales tactics would not be the way to go to make a sale. George gave us our space to explore, willingly answered all of our questions and provided us his best contact info. We let him know we would be reaching out in a couple of months. We went out to visit George again once we were ready to make a decision. We made a selection, and, being the cost conscious person I am, I told him I wanted to sleep on it one more night. After sleeping terribly on out current bed, we headed back to meet with George and happy to learn about a clearance mattress of the exact model we were looking at. While we were ready to make the sacrifice for the new one, George knew we'd be happier saving a few dollars and the deal was sealed! George was extremely knowledgeable and answered all 1 million of our questions. You could tell he was very experienced. He was professional and never overbearing. We are very pleased with our experience!

My guy, George, helped us at both a clearance center and a store. He floated between the two. He kept me up to date with changes about the “never on sale” Tempur-Pedic I wanted, and offered a solution of getting a clearance one, what that means, and what I can expect. Also made sure to tell me how rare it is that they come up, and that it might be a while. To my benefit, the very next day he text me in amazement that there was one, and urged me to claim it while I could. After going back into the store, having him reiterate all that the clearance beds go through; medical grade cleaning, gassing, and how they’re previously owned but that they’re held to an extremely high standard for resale, I bought my dream Tempur-Pedic brand bed. George’s communication MADE my experience with Mattress Firm (even though we’re previous customers.) The bar is set pretty high now. Although other customers might not like history or fun facts thrown at them, I love a learning experience and George expertly threw in a fact or two whenever possible. I felt my purchase was an educated one and that makes me feel better about a big purchase.

Rachel was so thorough, informative, and patient with us while we considered a few choices. Tempur-Pedic was the obvious choice for us, but she took the time to review Purple and Nectar as we previously researched all 3 brands.
