I’ve utilized Jules before and I’ve always been happy with the
service provided. I’m unsure if I caught them at the end of their day or what but I did not get what I paid for. I was on my way out of town for an extended trip and wanted to start my journey in a clean vehicle. I paid over $50 to have my vehicle washed and vacuumed on our way out of town. I ended up turning back home, changing clothes, and doing it myself in the driveway. I’m not a picky person but my vehicle did not look like a vacuum had even breezed through. I know they give you 24 hours to return if you are not happy with the service provided. I did not have time for them to try again today. This type of service might have been acceptable in the past, however, now that there is a new carwash popping up every few miles, customers have more options.

Do not take your nice car there I took my q50 redsport that never had a scratch on the rims garage kept only a weekend car when I left I noticed dents and scratches on the rims from running it threw there washing machine ….. it’s the same as using a gas station machine because they run ur car threw the same thing ?♂️ super disappointed

Paid $35 for a car wash and car was still dirty. I watched the employees hand dry the car, use the same towel they dried the car off with to wipe the inside of the windows (without windex), and they swore up and down they used windex to clean the windows when they didn’t even use it at all. The employee called me a liar to my face and told me that he used windex and that I was a bold faced liar when the video will clearly shows they never used windex at all. The video will show I was standing there the whole entire time watching them not service the car properly. I simply asked them to correct the problem and they insisted in calling me a liar to my face and talked to me in a degrading manner. I have never been talked to in this manner let alone be called a liar to my face in my entire life until I stepped foot in this car wash. As a Veteran and a proud member of the community for over 15 years I find this place is an absolute disgrace to the Veterans, Servicemembers, First Responders and citizens of the community. I cannot believe this is how they treat the people that protect and defend our country. The employees are completely off the hinge, blatantly lie to your face, and are morally inept to deal with customers let alone care for your personal property.

I PAY for a membership at this car wash and have yet to be able to wash my car there. I have gone 5 times now and every time they have someone standing outside stating that their computer systems are down. Yet I see cars in the wash at that same moment? I have never written a bad review but I am angry. I pay $35 a month to not get to wash my car because the computer system is apparently always down. I came by today after calling and asking if the computer systems were up and running. The lady that answered said that they were working just fine but when I get there 10 mins later I get told once again the system is down. I would love to know how they sent the car in front of me in just fine yet they tell me every time the system is down.

However, I find it concerning that you consistently dismiss negative feedback, implying your operations are flawless.
Constructive criticism is essential for any business, and it would be beneficial for you to listen and learn from customers who are dissatisfied.
No business is perfect, and acknowledging mistakes is a crucial step in improving services.
Additionally, please understand that criticism about your business does not make the customer a liar.
It’s important to respect and consider the feedback provided by your customers rather than dismissing it outright.
Implying that a customer is lying because they had a negative experience is unprofessional and counterproductive.
By the way, I noticed your Google reviews stand at a 4.0 rating and Yelp at 2.7
Instead of being defensive, why not learn from bigger companies that actively seek out and engage with unhappy customers through calls or emails to understand their concerns and improve their services?
By continually not taking responsibility, making excuses, you're only contributing to your low reviews ratings.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and strive to enhance the overall customer experience.

It is crazy, Now you guys want me to create an account just to cancel, I didn't have to create an account when I paid you for an unlimited membership. That was my issue with your excellent, very friendly, employee ? at the register.
Now I have to scan a QR code, register an account, confirm an email, create a password, to cancel a membership?

I have been coming here for years with different cars I’ve owned. Recently with my new car immediately after they washed it through the bay and finished drying I noticed after I got in my vehicle what I thought was a tiny drop of water they had missed and didn’t dry. Two days later that spot is still there and a fine hair line crack I immediately called them to let them know and as I knew they refused to accept responsibility. Ryan said it had to be already there and the change in temperature made it appear after the wash. No sir!!! It was not there!! Lesson learned and warning to others if you use them beware of the damage they could cause to your vehicle and them not taking full responsibility!!! Bad business and terrible customer service!!! I saw the speck immediately after your business washed my vehicle and thought it was just a speck of water. I should have complained right then and there but I wasn’t trying to be petty about a speck of water! Never again!! Just spoke with a young lady about my experience with Jules and she said you damaged her car as well!!! What a coincidence.Update I’m looking at the top rear of my car and now see a dent there as well!!!! So it’s from your car wash how did the dent get on the top rear of my car right next to the fin?!?!
