Last Friday I went to Happy's Rent to Own looking for a washer and dryer for my aunt that was easy to use, I asked the person at the counter for help and Mr. Raúl introduced himself and I tell you that the treatment I received from him in addition to the explanation of each thing was incredible, my aunt and I left with a washer and dryer, very happy?! We are very grateful! ?!!!!!

I came to this store with my wife and we ask for Raúl Montalvo, he show us a great experience; he was kind and knowledgeable. We felt like he was treating us like family. I'll recomend him to all my friends and family. Now that I know that he is in the riverview location am only going there. Everyone please come visit Raúl he will give you the best customer experience period. Thanks for everything you did for us.

Half of the people who call you from here are just super rude. They harass you with calls and texts going for going to the website. They charge fees out of no where. Make sure you pay attention to your balance as this place tries some pretty sketchy business practices. You would be better off going to Conns orreally anywhere else. This place has inferior products and will remove the protection on it without telling you. I'm a current customer stuck with this place for another week almost at the end of dealing with this scam of a company. Also all of the good comments are scripted like they are paid opinions. Most of the good reviews on here are from "local guides" which means they are likely just getting g paid to post opinions or are bots.

We moved from overseas and we’re without our belongings for 3 months and Happy’s helped make our transition here easy with clean and functional furniture to use while we awaited our things. They also had week to week rental options which was a plus! The staff was professional and always on time.
