FRAUD, clearly fraud. DO NOT PAY BEFOREHAND. As participating dental provider they are not supposed to charge you beforehand. But they do. Check your bill close, they charge for things they are not supposed to, they do NOT refund even after you contact their patient service with an EOB showing they are wrong. Illegal shady business. Had to claw back my money with credit card services. Their support email is not helpful.

I have all my kids going to Great experience dental and they ask to get a spacer for my daughter and i take a day off they was have the measure is wrong and we have to wait and after they did it tow months the spacer fell down and this spacer should stay with her for a 4-5 years and only stay for a 2 month and when i call them they say this not them mistake i told them how come is something should stay a years stay a 2 month only so there is something wrong with the measuring witch i was have to get a another appointment for the wrong measureI spoke with the office they can not help me they and they want to me pay out of my pocket for them mistakes and they are was very unhelpful i ask for the corporate number so i can do a complain the give me a wrong number and i was have to call few time after so i can get the right number and i call and wait for hour and half wait for someone answer and after wait all that time in hold i request call back and never get it.Now i do not know what I should do with my daughter but what i make shore is i will never go to Great dental again and i will not recommended to any one i know.

Great Hours and Fantastic People, they make you feel the love when your there, it's not just about your teeth it's about the feeling of how much they care about you !!!! They go above customer service when it comes to taking care of there patients, I love the place !!!!

The staff is amazing and kind. I am an existing customer with the discount policy they offer. I booked a cleaning at 8:30 and took off from work. I wasnt seen until about 9:20 for the brief exam/4-5 xrays and then the perio cleaning was quick but still didnt get out until 10:30. For some reason I thought it would be about an hour. I will ask how long it takes next time.

My boyfriend and I have both called several times over the last month, to cancel an appointment that they have refused to cancel. Every single time we call, no matter the day or time, no one answers. We have left voicemails requesting call backs and cancellation of the appointment and he is still receiving emails confirming his appointment. The contact form does not let us select a location and won’t submit without the form being complete. There is no email address to contact them with either. Do not make an appointment here! This is extremely unprofessional and ethically questionable at best. Update: I just called the new patient line and they transferred me over to this location where I was able to speak with a young woman and told her I wanted to cancel, she asked for the date and the name and asked if I wanted to reschedule, I said no thank you and she promptly hung up on me. Lovely customer service. Hopefully the appointment is actually cancelled now.

Waiting room has a funky smell. Dentist and assistant were patient & very informative with my children. My biggest gripe is that when my 2 children were called back for their appointments I was informed I could not go back with them. 3 and up no parents allowed. Wish I would have thought to ask that at the time of making the appointment or been told ahead of time. Thank you.

Stay away! They gave my daughter a filling without any anesthesia and I didn't know until after because they don't allow parents to accompany their children. I wondered if my daughter was mistaken but she had a filling at another dentist we switched to and she said it was completely different and they definitely didn't use anything to numb her at Great Expressions. She also had pain in that tooth Great Expressions filled for several weeks after her filling but when I contacted them, they told us that was normal. I have never experienced that and neither have any of my other kids.In addition to that, the waiting room is tiny and they overfill appointments so there is a long wait with no where to sit. What's sad is that there is a distinct difference in the quality of dental offices in this area for kids who are on Medicaid versus those who have regular insurance.

By far the absolute worst experience! These people have nothing in order! We’ve been sent to two different places, an hour away both of them that these people referred us to, both could not treat my child for a root canal. Why the hell would they send to places without confirmation that they can even help us?! Called them for an explanation still not resolve. Please be careful with place. My daughter still has not been taken care of and we started this in June! Absolutely GARBAGE SERVICE!

Definitely not the same place that it used to be once upon a time…. Was really disappointed this past appointment. I’m in a lot of pain too and all I had was my cleaning. Cuts on my lips and gums.

I called this office for an emergency appointment and was able to get in and out within an hour! The front desk was awesome with check in/check out!

Previously, I had decent experiences at this office. This time was different. First, I was contacted to let me k ow that the hygienist would not be available for my scheduled appointment. I thought that it was not a big deal and I rescheduled my appointment to a day that I could have my exam and cleaning at the same time. I arrived to my appointment 10 minutes early, which was at 1PM. Once I was called back to my room, I had my X-rays taken, which took about 10 minutes. I was told that the doctor would come to review my results. About 25 minutes later, the doctor arrived and did a quick review and took a quick look in my mouth. The technician did not return for another 10 minutes, when I was told that the hygienist would call me when it was my turn. I waited an additional 10 minutes only to over hear that the hygienist had just arrived and was setting up. I continued to wait, until I could not wait longer. I spent more than an hour waiting in between receiving about 15 minutes of services. I was really disappointed as previous visits were completed in 45 minutes total.
