You have an employee/supervisor named Brian that does not know how to speak to his employees. He speaks to them in a very condescending, disrespectful, and derogatory manner. Pay attention to the number of people who have quite in the past few weeks. To get on an employee when they’re trying to help a customer and making remarks about the employee being an “idiot” is unacceptable. I’m sure no one will speak out against him because of his intimidation tactics, but I feel it needs to be brought to your attention. I feel the way he acts is a form of bullying in the workplace. It is really disheartening that the individual that this happened to quit. He was a hard worker and had perfect attendance up until this point. It is also appalling that intimidation is used when an individual has a legitimate doctor’s appointment and needs to have a day off. I’m asking that this be addressed so that future employees do not have to work in a hostile environment. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
