I sent a box to Colombia two and a half months ago and it still hasn't arrived. What a disappointment, because the things that are sent are with a lot of effort. If they don't have control over shipments they shouldn't work on this

Please do not send boxes through this company. I sent my box 11 weeks ago and it still has not arrived. It seems incredible to me that they tell me that it takes 6-8 weeks and it's already been 11 weeks, as if it were a game.

I have been sending to Colombia with them for three years, so far no problem. Last week I sent a box to Villavicencio Colombia, unfortunately there was a landslide on the highway and they closed the road. How they did it "I don't know" but the road was closed and all my shipment arrived. Thank you shipping the Branch. If you are in Tampa and want to send something by a safe means, the Branch is everything.

This company is very irresponsible, it sent a month ago. I boxed in Colombia and it still hasn't been delivered, apparently it's lost, I sent it to look for it and they say it can't be found, they don't respond to my messages or calls either.And they tell me that they are not responsible because those shipments are made with third parties to the destination.Very bad service, I don't recommend them at all.
